  1. I sponce a few pages a year on Baseball Reference, Lew Burdette, Milt Pappas, Virgil Trucks. Sean Forman's a pretty good guy. I've only talked to him through emails about half a dozen times or so.
  2. Congradulations on the high traffic! I guess people like what you guys are doing her.
  3. In late 1999, early 2000 I was in a Brewer Fan group that was an AOL / CBS Sportsline Club, (Alot of you were there also. Madbad was there.) We used to have on line chats on Tuesdays I think. When CBS Sportsline got rid of the clubs alot of the guys went to Brewer Fan and so did I. Now that I have more time I come here dailey.
  4. I got my poster on Saturday! We like it very much. Thank You All!
  5. Hey Guys, I just remembered that I won one of the Mr. 3000 posters and I never got it. Please email me if you need my address again. joeg@nbobaseball.com
  6. I bought the baseball cap also. It's not the best I have but I didn't say anything because I have a big head and some of the best caps won't fit. I can make it fit for special occasions. Like I said before, the t-shirts are GREAT! if my wife Cathy likes it, it must be good. Usually if I buy her something like that it'll sit in her drawer for ever. But she's already worn it so she likes it. I'm thinking of getting the sweatshirt. for myself at my next buy. I may buy Brewer fan stuff as Christmas gift for Coop, Cathy and my nephews.
  7. It took alot of fiddling but... I'M BACK BABY!
  8. Last week I had over 400 posts now it says I have three? What did I do wrong? Any ideas would help. JoeG / nBo
  9. I've been meaning to do this for a long time not but just did. On my nBo Baseball website's Links page I have the "Top 11". There the top sites listed and the one I like the best. I have put Brewer Fan at #10. I get mostly autograph collectors to my site but people know I'm a Brewer Fan so it's worth a try. Plus you guys are one of my favorite sites anyway. Link
  10. The shirts are great. They are Hanes t-shirts, good quallity. Cathy and Coop just left the house with thiers on (They went to Coop's gymnastics class and then to see Cathy's parents). Cathy's a graphic artist for a marketing company. She likes the shirts so much she wants to do the same thing for my nBo Baseball website. But since I'd be the only one to buy them I don't think so. I'm very happy with my purchase. I may buy a sweatshirt in the near future. JoeG / nBo
  11. We got our Brewer Fan T-Shirts today and we love them! JoeG / nBo
  12. I just went to the Brewer Fan store and bought T-Shirts for each of us (Three, one for Cathy, Coop and me) plus a baseball cap for me! JoeG / nBo
  13. Looks FANTASTIC Brian! Great Job as Always! JoeG / nBo
  14. GREAT BRIAN! When you're inventory comes in. I'M BUYING!!! JoeG / nBo
  15. Brain, Do you have ANY of that Brewer Fan dot Net stuff left. I WANT TO BUY IT! I live in rural Nevada and I'm only one of three Brewer Fans here (Cathy and Coop being the other two). JoeG / nBo
  16. Mothershipconnection, it's not cordizone. I am not having cotizone shot into a disk. Too many bad stories I've heard. It's somekind of seroid, goes right into the park of this disks that are injured. My neighbor goes to the same doctor and had the same treatment done. If feels alot better. But I'm not kidding myself. Through all the medical stuff that I've gone through the past three years and today may-be the worst day yet. I'm realistic, I know surgery in my future (which I don't want) is a HUGE possibility. JoeG / nBo PS: Thanks for all the kind words guys. It helps me out.
  17. I saw a new doctor on Friday and I got my answer. Two disks in my neck (I knew about them) are causing the pain in my left arm. My right arm has been compensating for a long time and that's it's hurting, (My left arm and leg are far worse than the right). Four disks in my lower back are causing lack of strengh and muscle loss in my left leg. Right leg problems caused by compansating. So started new medications. New Tuesday, (Oct 12th) I get injestions into the disks of my neck. Then two more times I get injections into the disks of my bask. So that's the shot version of this story. But at least it's not ALS or MS or something eles bad. And in a couple of months I'll get to feeling better and I'm hoping to be back to work in January. Thank Yoy ALL for you thought and prayers!!! JoeG / nBo
  18. As some of you may know I've been sick and on a medical leave from my job for over five weeks now. (We know I have nerve damage in my legs but are not sure about the problems with my hands and arms. I see a new back doctor tommorro to see if it's a disk problem) Anyway, reading this site and posting here makes me happy. Being out here in rural Nevada there aren't many (if any) other Brewer Fans to discuss the team with. Thanks to you guys I can do it right here without leaving my favorite chair in my house. I want you guys all to know that You ARE Apreciated!!! Thanks for Making, Maintaing, and Keeping On-Line Brewer Fan dot Net!!! JoeG / nBo
  19. Ok here's the deal, in Nevada were I now live you can bet Sports in legal sportsbooks. In one of these near where I live they have the Brewers listed at 120 to 1 to win the NL. So I bet $5 for me and $5 for Brewer Fan dot Net. So if the Brewers win the NL (a long shot I know) I'll send you guys $600. JoeG / nBo Baseball
  20. Brewer Fan Guys: There is about a 40% chance that I can go meet you all in April, (I now live in rural Nevada). My wife Cathy, and my one year old son Cooper WILL be making a trip to Milwaukee next year. Hopefully in the Spring. I'd like the chance to meet you all and the creators of this GREAT website! Joe Gillespie / nBo Baseball
