  8. I'm torn on banning the shift. It just seem so logical to just hit against the shift; but if it was that easy, players would be doing it. This seems like an unnecessary rule that limits strategy. However; I'm so tired of easy ground balls hit to the overloaded side of the infield, I'm willing to concede on this one. We shouldn't need this rule, but evidently we do.
