In Mobile, it's 3-2 Huntsville in the 6th after the Stars scored 2 in the top of the 5th. MJC

Huntsville game heading into extras, tied 3-3. Sounds like a frustrating game -- 17 LOB for Stars. High Desert up 3-1 on Lancaster, top of 4. In MWL, Beloit wins 10-2 in first game of doubleheader. No box yet. MJC

Three errors. We should've been out of this inning about 4 times already. Not that it really matters with Yost in the dugout. MJC

Absolutely inexcusable to let you pitcher end an inning with the bases loaded and then pull him with no outs, leaving two runners. I was shocked when Obermueller was announced; seemed like a no-brainer. Furthermore, Yost seems to be developing a Helms-like obsession with Jeff Bennett. What happened to Burba, Vizcaino, etc.? MJC

Why not pinch hit for Oby? Watch him surrender 4 runs nest inning after ending the 7th with the bases loaded. MJC

Podsednik is really off today. But hey, he's got the contract now. MJC

Why does Yost hit Clark for Grieve with a RHP on the mound? Grieve has been hot lately and has a 2-3 day going/ Yost is exapserating sometimes. Edit: I'll take it back. Good result with the single, but I still don't understand the move. Another Yost "hunch?" MJC

Ford, you suck! MJC

Any word on why Bill Hall is not starting, what with his incredible stats against Cincy? We here haveno right to complain about the performance of Mike Matheny, Jack Wilson, etc. against the Brewers until our manager starts playing our own Mike Mathenies in opportune series. Let Spivey play, play Ginter for Helms, and most importantly, GET BILL HALL IN THERE. MJC

Amazing comeback. I am absolutely in awe of this team right now. Two nights in a row, and they play two of the most incredible baseball games I have ever seen (not pretty, but incredible). How many 9th/extra inning wins have they had during this homestand? Three? Four? Another one if things had worked out against the D-Backs? Incredible. On a sour note, I realize that it is a weeknight in April, but you have to be disappointed with the attendance. 8,000 Monday, haven't seen an actual number for tonight but it looked about 11K. Brewer fans have been saying for years that if the BRewers can play .500 ball, they'll come -- where are they? Come on, Milwaukee! MJC

An absolutely pathetic game so far for the Brewers. Ben Sheets pitching a solid game (especially after the first), and the Crew can only scrape out 2 hits vs. Suppan. The offense has looked horrid throughout this entire series, and against a mediocre Cardinals pitching staff. What was that Wynegar said about 800 runs? Looking more like 2002 to me. MJC

You've got to love the wins, but you also have to be a little worried with the run production. Five runs in two games against the Cardinals + the blanking in extra innings against the D-Backs you have to be little worried with the run production as of late (I am). Let's hope this is a fluke, rather than a harbinger of offensive performance in previous years. But, great win! Saenz pitched great! MJC

Did anyone really trust him? Way to blow a fantastic major league debut, Luis. @ singles, 2 BB, a WP to let a run score...Kolb better bail you out on this one. MJC Edit: Scratch Kolb. Yost goes to BUrba with pitcher's spot due up next inning. Edit: Burba pitches out of it! Vizcaino saved again!

Nice to see Scotty go the other way. He needs to stop trying to pull the ball and get more hits like his one in the first if he is to get "back on track" (.289 isn't bad, but I have higher expectations for Scott's sophomore year). MJC

I honestly don't get Yost's lineups. I'm all for playing Keith Ginter, but lately he seems to be playing primarily for Helms. Given the way Helms hits at home, why not play Ginter for Counsell (or at least configure the defense so Counsell is the one hitting) and let Helms hit at MP? MJC

Not really sure what is going on with Yost's lineup today. I would have rather he played Ginter or Hall for Counsell instead of sitting OBay down after a big night, if he was going to sit a lefty. Oh well, he keeps us guessing and thinking. MJC

Nifty catch by Berkman robs Helms. Things just haven't gone the Crew's way against the Astros so far this year. Houston really does have a good team this year -- let's hope they can take the division away from the Cubs. MJC

Bring Kinney back, please! Hopefully this outing by Obermueller is an abberation. MJC

Brady Clark really should play everyday. MJC
