Not at 12 or 15.

Stupid Cubs took Baez. I was really hoping for Lindor or Baez at 12.
-
Crap, Lindor is gone at 8.

2011 General Draft Discussion
PrinceEatMeat replied to colbyjack's topic in MLB Draft & International Signings
Sounds like the Indians are going Lindor according to lots of insiders. -
I wouldn't go that far. Keep in mind this is only his 7th start. He's at least 6 starts behind every pitcher in our rotation. It's basically like the end of April for him right now. And on top of that he missed almost all of spring training, so it's like it's even sooner. He's basically in very early season mode right now. I wouldn't get too worried yet. It's not like he's been horrible. If he's struggling a month from now, then maybe it's time to worry.
-
Yeah, no reason for him to not be moved down at this point. I still think he'll come around, but we need better production in the 5 spot.Yeah, when Hart and Morgan are both in the lineup. Morgan should hit 2, Hart 5, and McGehee somewhere below Hart.
-
Man, McGehee sucks big time right now. Which is why I hate this lineup with him in the 5 hole.
-
Wow, Hultzen just went #2. Don't think a lot of people saw that coming.
-
I'd have to agree with this. I really don't like Kotsay starting, because he just isn't a playmaker. He is not defensively, and isn't going to do anything but hit a single from time to time on offense. Without Hart playing tonight I would've liked a lineup of Weeks Morgan Braun Fielder Lucroy McGehee Betancourt Gomez Greinke. At least that way we are a little better defensively. With tonight's lineup we have tons of crappy defensive players. I can live with Fielder obviously, but with McGehee, Betancourt, and Kotsay not providing much on offense I really don't like them all in the lineup at once. I'd like to see someone in there who has a good glove to help Greinke. At least yesterday's lineup was a good defensive lineup.
-
I would. Hart is one of our hottest hitters and isn't playing. McGehee has been horrible lately, and is still hitting fifth. Kotsay is playing, and both he and Betancourt are hitting in front of the better hitter in Lucroy. Very bad lineup. Just because it could be worse doesn't mean it's not a bad lineup. I'd like to see Weeks Morgan Braun Fielder Hart Lucroy McGehee Betancourt as our lineup right now, and wouldn't mind seeing Counsell or Wilson getting some more starts either.
-
Weeks 4 Morgan 8 Braun 7 Fielder 3 McGehee 5 Kotsay 9 Betancourt 6 Lucroy 2 Greinke 1 Brutal lineup tonight. No Hart, McGehee, Kotsay, and Yuni 5-7, Lucroy 8th for some reason. Ugh.

Stupid Cardinals had to win again. I hope they come back down to earth at some point here.

Former Brewer Bill Hall released
PrinceEatMeat replied to kilgore37's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
No room for Hall anymore. JOSH WILSON WINS GAMES!!! -
Yes! 4-2 trip so far, and Cards losing!
-
Wow, Morrison is stupid. Thank you!
-
Everyone to the chat room. We need extra mojo in there.
-
Ok, time to start wilson at ss or 3b everyday, lol. Only half kidding.
-
HAHA! WILSON! HOLY CRAP!
-
I'd leave Dillard in if Wilson doesn't get on here.
-
I hate Zambrano, but against the Cards I'll take it.
-
GUYS, CHAT ROOM RALLY CAPS!
-
DILLARD!!!
-
Whew. Dodged one bullet.
-
Dillard has really been making Sanchez look bad these last 2 days now. Hopefully he can get him.
