Might as well blow it up. Trade hader, yeli, and Cain to rebuild. We got spoiled with a short rebuild a couple years ago. Time to fix the farm. I don’t know what sterns is doing but I trust him. It’s kinda like “let’s see what happens in a couple years”.

Just for S&Gs I was reading through the comments on MLBtraderumors about this rumor. The evaluations of MadBums trade value runs the full gamut from “Ray would be an overpay” to “the brewers don’t have enough prospects to get a trade done”. One even suggested Ray, Erceg, and Jeffress or Knebel. I think if Ray gets it done, do it. One year of control for our #2 prospect is a tough pill to swallow but there’s always the QO and if he does well and likes it in Milwaukee maybe he’ll do an extension for a couple years.

I started to read this thinking “bunch of stats about a newer prospect that I haven’t really heard of compared to our latest first round pick” and immediately knew who wrote it. I appreciate your insight on prospects that fly under the radar Clancy. Look forward to seeing if either of these kids work out.
