  1. When you hit the ball hard you have a chance when you hit weak-ass grounders to short and pop up constantly, you don't.
  2. He must have got complaints after game 1. Since then, it seems like he only gets really excited for the Cardinals.I know he thinks he is doing his job, but he's losing a lot of fans for his day job.
  3. And we didn't have the infield in? What the HELL is going on? This is a joke. Is RR even at the game today?
  4. Seriously? He must have skipped that practice where that was taught in TEEBALL.
  5. I'm so happy that this didn't end badly for him. He's was so special this year that it could have been a travesty. Hopefully this will be the start of a new 8 game winning streak.
  6. FixedAAHHHHHHH, I am not saying Weeks shouldn't have caught it.
  7. EVERY major league infielder should be able to make that play in the field. He made it harder by not charging it. A decent third baseman charges it and gets the short hop and it's an easy play. Weeks should have had it, but it was awful by McGehee and it has been all year. Would you have the same opinion if Weeks throws around the knees to Yuni, and Yuni dropped it? That wasn't just to Weeks, knees. It was far to the right as well. I'm not saying Weeks shouldn't have had it....screw it...Go Crew!
  8. There was no chance to turn two there. But one was an easy play.
  9. The throw was to his right and around his ankles. If he hits him in the chest like most major leaguers do its not an issuelike I said, he made a good play to even stop the ball. Not every throw is going to be perfect. That is certainly a catch most players in the league make. Goes both ways EVERY major league infielder should be able to make that play in the field. He made it harder by not charging it. A decent third baseman charges it and gets the short hop and it's an easy play. Weeks should have had it, but it was awful by McGehee and it has been all year.
  10. you mean the throw that hit Weeks in the glove? Casey actually made a good play to even field the ball. Seriously? For a major league third baseman? I'm not saying Ricky shouldn't have caught it (not talking about Weeks), but it was a bad throw on a play a major league player should make easily. Thank goodness for good pitching.
  11. No, the throw was not good enough....it was bad. He's supposed to be a major league third baseman.
  12. I'm so sick on Mcgehee and Betancourt. They are human rally killer and RR just keeps running them out there.
