  1. Is there a vote? Does it count for anything? I'm in.
  2. Not out of this game yet. Just need a break or two and a blast.
  3. A series saved. Who would have thought this would be the game that they won.
  4. I hope they keep Hawkins in now for the rest of the game (barring him being up to hit).
  5. In case any of you were wondering what was/is in Joe's mind and how it works, I have found a great example...
  6. Morgan with a comment about "small markets" upcoming. Get the DVRs ready.
  7. I could make it a point to come if I know ahead of time and the weather permits. Also, I could get Tyler (my cousin) there as well.
  8. Brady Clark still had the best play I have ever seen live (on TV).
  9. Right Fielders are a dime a dozen especially if you don't care as much about defense (which the Brewers don't it seems). I would rather keep Lawrie at 2B.
  10. The fact that Morgan was now "right" in the fact that the Cards didn't get a run makes me even happier. Keep on spewing that junk.
  11. I think you can point to Davis's first inning as to the command of the starting pitcher. Davis was off and because of that, balls were in the dirt. We also don't know if they got mixed up at all throughout the day with Kottaras and Davis (and the other pitchers) being relatively new with each other.
  12. No Shannon has not been back, but in the season premiere Boone said she stayed in Sydney. She was supposed to be in the premier but scheduling conflicts got in the way.
  13. So you do not want money now and instead at the first practice?
  14. Here is my thoughts on it... 1) Jess seems like a good enough guy. I never have said I didn't think he was a good person as I have only seen positive things from him community wise. 2) Number 1 has no basis for who I want to pitch or who gives the best chance for the Brewers to win. I do not think Jeff starting gives us the best chance hence I, as well as others with the same sentiment, are a little unsettled by this decision. 3) A lot of people are wondering if money played a part in the decision and if it did, why? The money is spent and gone, now only the players who give us the best chance should be in. 4) To go along with number 3, looking at last years numbers and the downward trend of Jeff's numbers (as well as many pitchers at that age) it seems like Jeff, more than likely, will not have a very good year. Also, we have younger options that COULD do better this year and build for the future. 5) If he does start, even if I do not like it, I will root for him and the Brewers. If he fails, I will want someone else to get a chance and the quicker the better.
  15. I'll never go back to Cleveland (Ohio).
  16. Living in Wisconsin I had the chance to see all three games of the Saux/Yankees series but only 2 of the 3 Brewer games. I hate the East Coast.
  17. I think next week will give Libby answers.
  18. Local hero, what is your solution to this easy fix? Not even three games into the season...
  19. Cook does throw a lot of strikes so I expect the Brewers to be swinging all day.
  20. And now DD thinks I have a base open, I might as well load them up (again).
