Yost has all but said Jenkins is sitting this one out too.

Wow, what an outing for Ohka! Welcome to the Crew!! It's nice to win again.
  3. ja002h
Geez, that slide wasn't even remotely near the bag..
  4. ja002h
    Rickie just keeps hitting.
  5. ja002h
Cappy managed to put a decent inning together.

    I heart Rickie Weeks.
  7. ja002h
he looks like a SS out there playing 3B Which, as luck would have it, is exactly what he is.

Clancy, I believe Jack was referring to Maybin. I think that's what Clancy meant. If you say "Braun wasn't our first choice, but we went with the 3b", he gets insulted and takes longer to sign.

Well THAT sucked. Apparently Wise is human after all. Ugh.

Way to go Jeff!! The old man can hit.

Pretty lineups. I'm praying that O and Jenks will have huge days and Ned will be afraid to change this lineup the rest of the season. Yes brewers19, Rickie is on his way! Wow, that lineup is beautiful. Maybe the trade shocked Ned into doing something abnormal? If you had told me the players to pick from, I think I would have picked that same exact order. Ned's made me happy for the day.

Was that on ESPN's web site, TV, or radio? That was the Jim Callis chat yesterday (3pm) on espn.com edit: And there were actually quite a few Brewers questions he answered in it. Check it out (if you have Insider).

I have an inkling, but could Jack confirm how he really feels? It wasn't coming through very clearly there.

$500m That's rather expensive for one player http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
  16. ja002h
Then again, mabye he just had bad luck with Jones and Rogers Are you writing off Rogers after 1 year?
  17. ja002h
I asked Callis about our pick: Jeremy (Ann Arbor): Jim, would you have picked Braun over Maybin? (thanks for all the kind words about brewerfan.net!) Jim Callis: With no other consideration, yes, I would have taken Cameron Maybin (our No. 3 overall prospect) over Ryan Braun. But if I were the Brewers, the fact that Braun has a more advanced bat, could help me at least two years sooner than Maybin and may plug one of my biggest needs (3B), Braun would make a lot of sense. No problem on brewerfan.net, which is just an unbelievable site. It's going to get better for you Brewers fans, keep the faith!

So Arod's kinda hot right now...
  20. ja002h
    Thank God for Carlos Lee.
  21. ja002h
Does Ned actually realize you can remove pitchers DURING an inning? Should someone tell him? It's like the bases need to be loaded for him to realize that it's time to make a change. So frustrating.
  22. ja002h
Well, it was fun to win the series at least.
  23. ja002h
Is it just me or are these games taking forever?
  24. ja002h
    Why, he did his job.
  25. ja002h
Gee, I didn't see that Arod hit coming. Never. Astounding. Shocked. Flabbergasted.
