For some reason Matt Ford always sticks out in my mind as well. If I recall correctly he was able to stick around in the bull pen the whole season and actually got a decent workload.

Granted, the sizes were much more limited, I could see them doing the same thing with playoff stuff this year. Also, the jackets went down an extra 10 bucks last year. I think the biggest deals will be on the things they are in a rush to get rid of though, such as player t's for players no longer with the team and playoff items.

I was thinking about this the other day as well. Another reason it may be a positive to play the Phillies in the first round is that it may be easier to set up our rotation to maximize Yo, Greinke and Marcum. Granted they'd have the same advantage with Halladay, Lee and Hamels. However, say we played the Braves in the first round and win it in 5 games, while the Phillies beat the NL West winner in 3. That could push whoever pitched game 5 back to the fourth pitcher for the series against the Phillies while they would be able to start at the top of their rotation.

I vaguely remember Rock and BA talking last year about Capuano helping him with his cutter. It seems like since that point last year he has been racking up more K's and getting deeper into games.

I think if you were to hit Morgan lead off, it'd be more advantageous to put Weeks 2nd. He's still your best OBP guy. Moving Hart back to where you have Weeks would still give him the RBI opportunities as well. However, I can also see the merits of hitting Morgan 2nd and keeping Weeks in the 1st, it could help Weeks nab a base or two having a lefty hitting behind him.

I don't mean to steal the thread, but didn't think it was worth starting a new thread to ask, but does anyone know when 20 game packs are supposed to start getting mailed out? I'm getting antsy for my tickets.
