    ...their best pitcher, vs our worst 'starter/bullpen' pitcher...hopefully estrada can give up less than 5. at least greinke cooled off their bats for most of last night.

    i hate drama. i hate competition. i love winning, and winning big. i'd rather have the packers go 19-0 and win every game by 30 points, as opposed to the way we did it last season. for the brewers i hope we win another 20 out of 30, and sew the division shut.

    yeah, its because we pitched him inside, so he though he should work on keeping his hands in and pulling the ball quicker...so he tweaked an oblique. brewers fault

    holliday and berkman are both not playing tonight. brewers call up SP Frankie De La Cruz.

    ....he wasn't hitting. and now he is hitting. that is not awful in the least.

    annoying to hear...but at this point in 07 we were 39-19 at home...,that's pretty good too. essentially the same record if we were to drop back 2 back series in our next 2 home opponents.

    oh brother....i remember arguing with this guy when he played for the red birds. i sat behind the pen at miller park and two players were spitting out their gum and trying to hit it with their hands....the chewed several pieces of gum and failed miserably (by completely whiffing) i spoke down to them and said "flores, that's why you're a pitcher", and he looked up and said "that's why you're a fan"....everyone in the row kinda looked at each other puzzled, and started laughing. was pretty funny, he was a noob. ...then they called him into the game and he retired the side. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif i believe we lost that game also.

    here's a novel idea...put out 3rd best hitter in the 8 hole, and put our worst hitter, in the 5 spot. ah well, we have been winning, so we cant really call for RR head just yet ;p he IS ned yost 2.0 though. if YO or wolf, or shaun were pitching, i'd say i think we win.....with greinke i have no clue, i never do. might be a no hitter, might be 10er in 5ip, with 10k's. if we can bat .250 with RISP today, i'd bet we can score 6-8 runs.

    i've never liked him a lot, but was super impressed with him the past season and a half(not including this one obviously) i think the time is way past due. RR needs to get his head out of the...sand, and make something happen.

    hoping to get the broom out here.... maybe if we sweep them and they play bad in their next series, ppl can actually afford tickets to the brewers@twins series... (standing room only is all i could find)

    not to fuel the flames. but fwiw, i believe the bewers have scored 2 runs in the 1st inning vs each of our last 3 different opponents, and lost those games...heh, odd factoid.

    ughhh....marco estrada coming in already....he has be atrocious lately. and RR will let him give up 6 runs before he thinks he is getting shelled... on a worse note, marcum is injured again...! NOOOO

    heh thanks man! whats this being thankful about living out of the market? i live close to the WI/MN border along i94, and i dont get the game on FSNwi up here.

    i'm not worried about it at all, we'll win 4 of 6 i think.... well, Minnesota is a beautiful state, much like wisconsin, the further north you go, the better it gets, if you're into lakes n rivers, hidden away communities. the repugnant minnesotans you speak of....probably the vikings fans. and not the vikings (the dudes who came in wooden ships and were in that movie pathfinder..lol)
