  1. Haha, Uke Doggy Dog. Nice. As for the Ned/Tossed record, I believe it's 2-1.
  2. So, when managers tear into the umps, do they just unleash a string of profanities? Or do they actually try to argue something?
  3. Maybe if Hall hadn't try to steal, Wes wouldn't have hit that dong. Francis might have pitched a different pitch, Helms might have had a different approach, etc. The possiblities are endless. Thanky you, Captain Downer.
  4. This game is making my head hurt.
  5. I really don't care if Vic strikes out on three pitches everytime up there, as long as he doesn't suck it up on the mound.
  6. "George Webb predicts the Brewers will score five or more runs tonight..." Frankly, George Webb is a moron.
  7. Time for Vic to dig us a big hole.
  8. Well, at least we're not gonna get no-hit.
  9. Yeah, and Bill Hall has been Ted Williams lately. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eyes.gif
  10. What does it take for someone to do something about Santos? His last bunch of starts: Aug 8; 4 IP, 4 R Aug 3; 6 IP, 4 R Jul 28; 6 IP, 3 R Jul 23; 5 IP, 5 R Jul 18; 3 IP, 6 R Jul 7; 4.1 IP, 8 R ...and it's about the same story back until June 10. Obermueller got sent down for less than this; and Glover was not much worse than Vic is. So what's the hold up?!
  11. Well, I for one am 1000% positive that tonight's game is not capable of being as bad as last night's game. Two reasons: A. We fully expect Victor to get beaten to a pulp and to make it no further than the 3rd inning, last night we were expecting Ben to completely shut down the Rockies offense. Because our expectations are so low this game, it is near impossible for Victor to pitch further below our expectations than Sheets did last night. B. It is also near impossible for the Brewers offense to do any worse than last night. They may not do any better, but they sure can't do any worse. So, since the team hit rock bottom last night, the only direction to go is up; unless the choose a horizontal route and become the worst team in the history of baseball until the end of time.
  12. Thank god, this nightmare is over. I feel so cleansed.
  13. Hahahaha, Magruder is PHing next. Maybe we can still win this thing! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/roll.gif
  14. but maybe we can sweep Houston!! Why trifle with the small stuff? I'm looking for a sweep of the White Sox in the World Series.
  15. I can't stop watching. Yeah, there is sort of a morbid fascination in this game.
  16. Dang, deja vu. This is like my season in MVP. For like two weeks, my pitchers were completely worthless; gave up an average of 15 per game. And who was the worst of the lot? Ben Sheets.
  17. I'm feeling like a moron now for questioning rluz's series prediction. In fact, after viewing this train wreck, I'm convinced that 67% is a conservative estimate.
  18. Where is Mike Maddux? Got a better question, where is Ben Sheets?
  19. Move that boy up in the lineup, he's got the best average on the team!
