The offense sure has screwed the pooch on today's Phils game. Man lots of chances and nothing to show.
-
I agree, this one is on the offense today. Bad AB's, bad baserunning, bad, bad, bad... No doubt about it. Offense has not gotten it done today and they have had their chances. Big props to Soup, what a game. -
It's gonna be up to Billy, JJ and ???? (Counsell or Gallardo?)
-
Well that stunk. This has been a crappy game, we gave this to Philly.
-
Come on 2 out rally with Corey and Billy.
-
I do remember while defending Gagne so far this season people wanting Riske to close. Now Im defending Riske because while I don't want him to close, I still think he is a good reliever.
-
Ueck had me thinking Braun had hit another double Me to when he said "hit in the gap" doesn't that mean hit in the gap and down usually?
-
Well at least we got the heart of the order coming up. Lets do this guys, we have practically given them this game.
-
Alright Shouse please get Jenkins out.
-
I don't quite think he's garbage. But come on Riske, you get the first two out then walk a guy in front of Utley give up a hit to him and then get two strikes on Burrell and he lines one to left. Jeez.
-
And that is what happens when you walk guys. Thanks David.
-
Crap, two guys on after getting 2 outs and now we have to face Burrell.
-
Come on Riske just stay ahead of the hitters and lets get 3 outs.
-
Well at least we have Braun, Fielder, Hart due up in the bottom of 8. That could be a few runs. Hopefully Riske can get out of the 8th without any damage.
-
It's like he trys to walk to much. Well not a single run crosses the plate. Damn. Sorry Soup, you pitched a hell of a game. We should have gotten you a W today.
-
It's seems like every game so far this year has been except the home opener.
-
I'll even take a passed ball or walk.
-
Loaded for Rickie, just about anything but a DP ball.
-
Come on JK!
-
Come on Kendall!
-
Not good. Come on Rickie.
-
Alright TGJ, a nice base hit or at least a flyball. Make Sr. proud.
-
Good managing by Yost. Bluff Manuel and get him to bring the righty in.
-
Nice job Billy! Get that run in.
-
I would agree with that. Save the pen for the second day in a row.
