I know there are many Gross supporters on this site who love his splits against RHP and his high OBP and yadda, yadda, yadda. But you know what. I'm gonna say it. Screw Gabe Gross. I can't wait till Cameron is back and Gwynn and Kapler are healthy, then I hope it's bye bye Gabe!

Yeah I feel Larry Doby often gets overlooked. Sure he wasn't the first, but the first in the other league and I'm sure he still had all the same crap to face that Jackie did. Well done Pedro in bringing him up. Heres to Larry!

I am more interested in guys like Weeks and Hardy; players who's production could go either way, IMO. I can agree with that. Those guys need to start doing something. Hopefully they go the right way. As long as Weeks gets on base any which way and Hardy can start hitting in front of the pitcher we will be okay I think.

It was what, 4-1 when he came in? Granted we weren't swinging well at all yesterday, but a 3 run lead shouldn't be game over either. The way we were swinging the bats, I sure felt like it was over.

If it is mid to late May and they are still looking this bad then I will start to get worried. I'm frustrated right now, but not worried.

Borowski is brutal as a closer. Don't know how he had 45 saves last season with an ERA over 5.

since he's good at the alphabet. Yeah LaRussa thinks that their are two Z's in there. That audio bit is so hilarious, love it when Jim Rome plays the sound bite. Im okay with Dillon playing and Braun getting a day off. Braun won't sit much so a day off this early after a team day off could be a good thing for him.
