    I think Hardy and Prince's hot streaks are going to start ushering the way for a Bill Hall hotstreak a la last night. I sure hope so, and I think it's gonna happen. Yesterday's game winning hit by Billy was the breakout.

    I can't even describe the emotion I had watching that 8th inning with some friends. I mean my God that was just crazy Fielder with a base knock Johnny bunts him over then Billy a clutch hit up the middle on an 0-2 count and that slide by Prince and the emotion he showed after the fact was amazing. This is team is damn good. End of story. I loved the emotion Billy showed to clapping his hands after it went through you know he had been frustrated by his hitting as of late. Hopefully that got him out of the slump. And oh yeah, TGJ can play a little wow. I love this team its so much fun this year,.

    Short term its a very good deal, but long term I'm iffy about it. That is my concern with the trade. I love Cabrera and he very well good hit .350 50 HR and 150 RBI, but I want to see what Braun can do.

    It would be even nicer to see a dominating and healthy Sheets locate his pitches. Yes! I want to see the dominant Ben Sheets that looks like a Cy Young contender not the average Ben Sheets.

    My first post in a IGT in two games. Missed the last two because I was away from home. Feels good to post again. Come on boys take #3 of 4 from these Pirates. Does Sheets go out today and try to get some of Pitts from that stunt they pulled yesterday? We'll see.

    We've had overwhelmingly positive responses to the Haiku IGTs in the past, so, I'm going to do them annually. Thats cool, just not my thing. So I will be out of today's IGT. But tomorrow I'll be in.

    I find them very difficult to read myself, so the appeal is rather limited. However, I hope others enjoy it. That pretty much sums up my thoughts.
