This is the problem though...ONLY two games out...but when you think about all the chances the last couple of weeks they have had the chance to get within 1 or heck even take the lead again, is what is so maddening. The entire division should be relegated lol.

Come on man. Frustrating times for sure, but if a professional athlete would quit based on likeliness or winning, half the games wouldn’t be played. That’s absurd. They have careers, families to provide for, they’re not quitting anything. Clearly the point is wayyyy over your head.

Yes. I also remember that no one expected them to contend in the first place, so viewed in context it was still a very successful season. I long for the day when missing the playoffs by 1 game is not considered a "very successful season" for the Brewers. What about celebrating the team that LOST the WS like they are the greatest team ever assembled! Seriously, who does that?! Keep that bar low as can be, Milwaukee!
