It was a minor league deal. Includes an option for 2020 with a bunch of bonuses built in. Adds some needed depth. If Shaw were to get hurt we wouldve been seeing even more Perez, Spangenber, and Saladino. Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

I dont believe in Snell so this is a no go for me. Have had him on my dynasty fantasy baseball team for a few years so ive followed him pretty closely. Think he will have a long, productive career but hes not a top of the rotation guy. Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

Its gonna be tough to find a good fit for Garza. No non contending team is going to want him. He basically only has value for a contender who wants a little more stability at the back of their rotation. And a contender wont want to trade us anything that helps us right now. If were looking at Toronto arms why not go big and go for Stroman? Would be expensive, but hes 26 and could be an achor of our rotation for the next several years. Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

He felt the Braves were taking too long (they weren't) to decide if they wanted to challenge a pick off play at 1st so he started screaming at the 2nd base umpire. Imo they were taking way too long and im surprised they didnt challenge it. Looked like Broxton was picked off and he ended up scoring. Still no reason for Franklin to be the one yelling. If anything Counsell should have been the one screaming after Dickey was standing out there off the mound for a full minute (only supposed to get 30 seconds to decide if you want to challenge) Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

Matt Adams is a really good hitter. Wonder what they do with him when Freeman gets back Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

Arcia is starting to justify all the hype and high prospect rankings. Dude has been gold glove caliber at short the past few weeks and it looks like hes finally adjusted to big league pitching. The kid doesnt turn 23 till August. Maybe we just need to take the same approach with our other top prospects (Brinson in particular) and clear an everyday spot for them and let them play until they start showing their talent. Its bad when it could be any one of three or four guys getting the axe. It should be pretty obvious who the weak link is, but not with this bullpen. Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

Barring an amazing comeback this will be the 7th straight game that the Brewers have lost when Wily Peralta has pitched. Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

My guess is the move for a familiar face is nothing too major, Wang gets the call and Espino gets sent back down. Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

With our schedule before the all star break it is definitely possible that we could still be in first place at the break. I still dont believe we can hold off the Cubs, but the talent gap really isnt that large and with some luck it is possible I guess. Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

A few more runs and we might be safe to bring someone other than Knebel in for the 9th Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

Would be awesome to see Woodruff, or even Suter. But isnt it too obvious that they will just bring Espino back to start one of the doubleheader games? Or can they not do that unless Garza goes on the DL because he hasnt been down 10 days? Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

When did Anderson start throwing this hard? Getting that fastball up to 97 MPH. Hes always had pretty decent control, so maybe his recent breakout is for real. Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk

Counsell may not be a player, but he seems to be a pretty good leader for this team. Hes much better than some of the managers weve endured over the last decade Sent from my RS988 using Tapatalk
