  1. T-Rats are doing one.
  2. Cubs failed to sell out the Wild Card game...at least prior to first pitch.
  3. I found it interesting last year they didn't wait for the WC games to be completed.
  4. Hey guys Wild Card tickets are available at Noon if you want to go!! They didn't sell out after all!
  5. I want the Rockies to win...no reason more than I just don't want to play the Cubs again and again. We play huge games with them all year that have a playoff feel. I want something new...new excitement. I think the Rockies have a legit chance tonight. Good pitcher against a struggling Cubs line-up.
  6. Frustrating to say the least. I personally could go, but my girlfriend simply can't go until 4pm Thursday and 1 PM Friday with a 3 hour trip just to get to the stadium. I could get someone else to go, but we do all our big sporting events together and it would be a shame to leave her out of it. (I know I feel like I am breaking some kind of guy code here). It really shocks me afternoon games are good for rating. I get they will fill the stadium regardless, but do people seriously stay home for work or tune in during work to watch these games to make that big of a difference? Where they wouldn't tune in at night? I don't get it to be honest. I won't turn on a single game this postseason other than the Brewers now...won't get any extra support from me.
  7. I saw you posted this earlier, but when I went to prep a listing it was still saying in their software that I needed to deliver by the day before the game, so that freaked me out and I didn't list them. Is that not the case? They changed it to where you can have tickets in hand Oct. 4th. You should have no problems waiting until day of to put in the barcode. I would check again because it is giving me the option to have them "by October 4th" and also is the same for Fridays game.
  8. You can sell on StubHub right now and upload barcodes the day of. I alerted StubHub to this problem because they were going to have an utter panic if they didn't override their typical rules. Usually you need to upload a few days prior, but that wasn't going to happen and thousands of tickets were getting listed anyway. Moral of story StubHub is allowing you to wait all the way to the day of game to actually deliver tickets.
  9. Looks like I will be selling my tickets for both games. Welp, make it to the NLCS I guess. MLB sucks scheduling these games.
  10. My pettyness would have had an “L” flag and would replace theirs in the middle of the night with it. I’d leave theirs nicely rolled up and all...no need to be a total douche.
  11. That curtain call was pathetically sad and the fact Rizzo obligued in total approval made it extra ridiculous.
  12. I love Yelich, but something tells me 2011 Braun > 2018 Yelich. Not sure why...just does.
  13. Jeremy Jeffress was not able to pitch today for undisclosed reasons. Will be full NLDS participant. Wonder why...
  14. Where did these time options come from?
  15. Hope the Rockies can pull it off. I would love to see ZERO Cubs fans at Miller Park.
  16. Craig Counsell should and will likely win it after the last week and the improbable September in general. Going into Chicago, Game 163, Quintana, manage a 2 hit one run game, and win the division. I just don’t know how you don’t give it to him. We weren’t a postseason lock at the start of the season and we ended up on the top of the NL...with an unforgettable finish.
  17. Would they really give us two day games? For some reason I doubt that.
  18. We would see Quintana twice if it went to Game 5. He pitched today so he could pitch Friday and then Wednesday
  19. Don’t know if I can make Thursday regardless if they make it an earlyish 6:30 like start. But is what it is. I would love that 7:38 start time they gave the night team last year on Thursday.
  20. Have a day Arcia. WOW. One terrible year can be all but forgotten with a big game in the right spot. From zero to hero.
  21. If we win Orlando Arcia is the games MVP. The guy you would expect nothing from scored 2/3 of the runs today.
