Even if he needs surgery come August or September - that should be plenty of time to be ready for next year. I believe position players only need 6-9 months to come back from Tommy John. He could always DH early next year too. -

We are actually in the process of building a house in Dale (5 minutes south of Hortonville) but it will be the Hortonville school district. We wanted to have a big yard and we've heard great things about the school district so we were drawn to the area.

As you are looking around keep property taxes in mind. Most of the cities in the Fox Valley (Appleton, Neenah, etc.) have significantly higher property tax rates than the surrounding towns/villages (Greenville, Clayton, etc.).
