Cards outfielder bungled a routine hit and Arizona scored an in-the-park home run. They're only down two in the start of the 8th.

It sounds like tonight's game might be in jeopardy, due to the smoke situation. Brewers had an FB post about it.

It seems like he's more wobbly after coming back from a rest. I feel better on his second day.

Hopefully all their left-handed relief pitching is burned out after this game.

The weather down there has been nuts lately. Lots of rain and flooding on some streets. On Thursday we had sunny weather during the first game and then the sky opened up about 3 innings into the second game. Thankfully, we were in the parking ramp by the time that hit. Hot and muggy as hell, too. Every time I left the air-conditioned house, my glasses fogged instntly. I'm glad to be back in the mild weather now. I just opened the house up.

I finally made it to the Shuckers game tonight. Last night was supposed to be a doubleheader, but tropical storm Arthur took care of that. Tonight was supposed to be a doubleheader also, but after being clear for the first game, the downpour started early in the second. Some pretty good flooding in Biloxi's streets yesterday. Got to watch Made, Fischer and our other budding stars. I had a good time, despite the ninety degree humid setting.
