  1. I don't know how anyone can watch a Ravens game and not fall asleep. Jackson has twice as many runs as pass attempts. I would not want to be a receiver playing in Baltimore. Too bad they are on the Packers schedule next year.
  2. Chubb was my first round pick and I dropped him when he got hurt. Worst mistake I made this year, especially when I'm weak at RB.
  3. Yeah, Jones is gone now.
  4. I saw that yesterday. I'm guessing the team and his agents didn't even come close to agreeing on an extension. With Bahk signed and the Packers needing to extend Adams after next season, I don't see Jones coming back unless they franchise tag him, and I don't see that happening. Based on where they're at with the cap right now, I don't think they have the money to franchise him. That's why I don't see it happening, but maybe they can work the cap somehow to sign him to that one year franchise contract.

  6. I freaking cruised into the playoffs yesterday. I played the perfect lineup with Rodgers, Gordan, Gallman, Cooper, Hill, Tonyan, AJ Brown, Koo and Rams defense. I was up by about 66 going into last night's game and my opponent had Singletary and Diggs. I guess I knew all along he'd never catch me but when you see Diggs go off like he did in the second half I still got a little nervous. Diggs must be lapping the field in targets this year.
  7. It depends which Goff shows up. If bad Goff shows up they certainly are beatable. If good Goff shows up, they're the best team in the NFC. Packers can throw on the Rams. I'll take the odds on Green Bay in a Rodgers and Goff shooting match. The Rams currently have the #3 passing defense and #3 defense overall, and will probably raise to #2 after tonight's game. And that's playing in he best division in football. Not sure why you think throwing on them is a cakewalk.

  9. I don't agree with that. Getting a week off is huge just so you have time to heal up from aches and pains, and it's especially true this year since only one team gets that advantage. However, if you have that top seed wrapped up going into week 17 and you rest your star players that last game along with the bye and give them two weeks off, then I'd be worried about rust. 2011 is a great example of that.
  10. The Raiders fired DC Paul Guenther. So other teams do fire coordinators mid season after all.
  11. This Steelers-Bills game is absolutely unwatchable.
  12. I swear, Diggs has got to lead the league in targets by about 700.
  13. He had some clutch possession-receiver type catches, a couple were really nice contested ones that forced him to use his hands and not his body. I loved seeing it—if he can consistently make those plays, this offense is among the best in football and can hang with anyone. If they can get the running game going, look out. The only thing that would stop them is defense and special teams... Yeah, MVS could just as easily stink it up again next week. Need to see this from him more consistently.
  14. [sarcasm]I'm running to Kohl's right now and stand in line to grab my commemorative 2020 NFC North Champions tee shirt when they open tomorrow.[/sarcasm]
  15. NFC East went 3-1 today. Washington now 6-7 and destroying my dream of a 6-10 division winner. Need them to lose out.
  16. Aren't we in the drivers seat now? I'm already chalking up the Titans game as a loss. I would like a 1.5 game lead after next week.
  17. A win against Carolina Saturday and a Saints loss to the Chiefs and we are in the driver's seat for the #1 seed at the end of the regular season.
  18. At least when we play the Lions the refs are on our side.
  19. Saints with a missed field goal. We should be in the #1 slot in about ten minutes. Should.
  20. How this team can be at a disadvantage at two of the three units on a weekly basis and still win is a testament to Aaron Rodgers.
  21. Stafford is back out and banged up, so naturally Pettine will go to his "Ol Betsy" soft zone coverage.
  22. All they had to do was play mistake free ball the rest of the way and the defense has made about five mistakes this drive.
