I'm stuck in a hotel in Deleware on business (Thank God the hotel has FS1), but Uecker's call will be the first thing I want to find should good things happen tonight. I've muted the TV and put Uecker on the stereo. I just have to do it this way. The only thing is the radio call is ahead of the TV by about one pitch.

The biggest game in 36 years and freaking Spectrum is having technical difficulties and won't allow me to record the game. I hate Spectrum.
-
I'm surprisingly calm right now, but I'm sure that will change. I have a very good feeling about this game.

Yes, this roster is amazing. Look at the guys who didn’t make the post season roster. There are 6-7 critical pitchers to get us to this point that are watching. As JoeyMeyer pointed out the other day, adding a guy like LeMahieu and perhaps Lowrie can be a big boost for our position players too. This is setting up nicely short and long term. Getting Lemahieu is a real possibility. He has family ties to Wisconsin. His grandmother lives in Oostburg and when Colorado was in town earlier this year he visited some friends of mine who have a 7 year old son who's favorite player is him. He posed for a picture with him.

I'm not sure I like Kratz turning into a folk hero before our very eyes.
-
Just think, this time tomorrow we'll be going to the World Series.
-
I noticed that too. That was really bugging me.
-
Time to pull some fire alarms tonight.
-
Sheesh, just make contact at least.
-
Rich Hill on two days rest. Clobber him!!!
-
6-7-8 coming for the Dodgers in the 9th.
-
Give Burnes a chance to finish this off. To have Hader tomorrow on three days rest would be huge.
-
Grandal's going to be nicknamed the Pinball Bumper after the series.
-
Justin McCray could finish a block better than Grandal.
-
Or that. Is Grandal back there? I didn't even notice. Thank you Roberts.
-
Just curious, can Granderson bunt? I only ask because we seem to have no one on the roster who can, and I don't know Granderson's bunting ability. Arcia can bunt for doubles.

There was no reason for Aguilar not to bust it out of the box. It's not like that ball was clearly headed for the seats. Maybe making up with Machado produced some bad habits.
-
Yeah, didn't like that lack of hustle at first. Hope this doesn't get overturned.
-
It would be nice to only use JJ and Hader for only one inning at the most tonight after Knebel went 1.2
-
At least Aguilar is putting up a good AB.
-
Let's get some runs here and not use Hader at all.
-
Wow, no faith in JJ here at all. Guess I'm the only one.
