Not sure if it's true but I saw a post stating the 13 point second half was the low scoring half in D1 basketball this season.

Not trying to take anything away from North Texas but that was just putrid basketball by the Badgers as much as anything.

Flat out lack of talent. Absolutely nobody on offense that can create and get to the rim.

I guess I'm using Andy Reid as the measuring stick and MLF is light years behind him in my eyes.

It's odd as it sounds outside of our special teams coach I have zero faith in this coaching staff. MLF might be the least creative offensive mind in football.

Indiana gets a lead and then promptly jacks up back-to-back 28 footers about 5 seconds into the shot clock. That and Galloway is really not good.

Shaping up to be a pretty normal year for the Big ten. Will be lucky if they get one team through to the second weekend.

Indiana and northwestern are going to make the longest runs for the Big ten. They both have enough talent at guard and enough other ingredients.

If Battle leaves Minnesota I wonder if there's a snowball's chance in hell of him coming to Madison? He immediately would be a massive upgrade in the middle.

Gard the recruiter has certainly not did Gard the coach any favors. I don't think there's a coach in the nation that could have squeezed much more out of this group.

Sad but necessary. Really wanted him to succeed but sometimes good players make lousy coaches. Don't envy the next coaches job with how far the program has erroded.

Would be interesting to see Badgers point differential the final 3 minutes of games

One more game and then the badger hockey program rebuild can begin. Although it's going to be a real uphill battle now that so many teams in the Big ten have better coaches and just as good a facilities. I mean if I'm a high level hockey recruit right now why would I want to go to Wisconsin?
