    Baseball has a lot of obscure random cherry picked stats. I would say the only thing that compares is when people try to defend their guy as the nba greatest of all time There is some serious mental gymnastics going on there

    It’s hard to tell what the market value of even a mid tier starting pitcher is anymore. That’s why I have no idea of what type of prospect you have to give.

    I’m could see this being like the Yankees series. Try to eke out one game and have our pitching staff get mauled in the other games i wonder who is available of our young players to trade for a real starting pitcher frelick? mitchell (always hurt probably has no value)? quero?

    Props to the brewers. They had to make some hay this month with an easier schedule. And have built up a nice lead. Because they sure as heck got a tough schedule after the all star break. it will be interesting what the GM is going to do as it looks like we are contenders. He’s going to have to find some decent starters

    This is the game to sit these guys. Time for the backups to show they can play lots of spots up for grabs on this roster as backups. Time to perform. The marlins series didn’t help anyone

    This team really needs to do something about the starters if they want to make it all the way until fall. It’s admirable how they did the job these first two months but I just don’t think it can last the other four. Not counting that they are killing our relievers too id be happy to be wrong though.
