To me, it seems like something would have leaked by now if he was extending. If I remember the Pratt extension correctly, it leaked he was extending and then he sat out after while waiting for the physical/actual official signed contract. And they wouldn’t be playing Lara today as Sweet suggests if it isn’t official. So maybe it just gets leaked today, but I’m not very hopeful at this point.

130 wRC+ vs LHP gives you some options vs left handers and sitting Contreras more often. For a prospect that was pretty easily blocked and a swing that may not translate. Hard to be mad at an easy upgrade like this
