    The best reason for the one year deal... If Gangé turns out to be the Boston Gangé, we dont have to worry bout him after this year. The Brewers are still taking a chance on a guy who's had surgery two years ago, and had a pretty dismal second half The one year deal makes more sense and has a bigger upside for both sides.

    I dont think Pujols will be in contention this year with his nagging injury, I'm just not sure what kind of production he'll be able to put up.

    I'd rather have the 1-yr deal. Two years just seems risky for a guy who's had sugery and an up and down last year... If he become a class A, I'll take the Draft picks.

    Matt Wise... Never said it had to be a Brewer. Always thought Matt was a class act kind of player. Always liked him. But as for Brewers.... It'd have to be Cappy or Billy E. Hall.

    I would think Corey Hart could be an option since he was drafted as a first baseman.... but my guess would be that'd be an emergency option.
