  1. Yes, you may have missed this update from October 8th from the amazing ARobsBrewCrew in this very thread.
  2. Thursday's Peoria game - Juan Baez at 2B, Luis Lara in RF Baez singled twice in five AB's (two K's), as his line now reads .354/.466/.604 (1.070 OPS) thru 48 AB's Lara walked (0-for-3 one K), stole his 6th base in nine attempts, and now sits at .226/.344/.321 (.665 OPS) in 53 AB's. No Brewers pitchers saw action, good considering the Javelinas lost 12-5 to drop to 5-15.
  3. Thanks to Adam for the mention within the Rule 5 section, he doesn’t have to do that but it’s appreciated. Our forum is “indispensible”.
  4. For those of you with access to MLB Network Radio via Sirius/XM, you can pull up the October 13th archive of "Minors & Majors with Grant Paulsen" and listen to the full Logan Henderson interview at the 01:10:00 hour/minute mark. There's a snippet of that extended chat here, lots of change-up discussion. Asked to provide a pie-chart of his typical outing arsenal, Henderson said 45% heater, 45% change, and 10% cutter (calls his slider that). A reminder you can always visit the Biloxi archive page for Javik Blake's Henderson interviews on July 30th and June 11th.

The guys were wrong about Devin Williams, Aaron Ashby, Brock Wilken, Mark Attanasio, William Contreras, Tyler Black and more. First, they discuss the 2024 surprises and disappointments, plus a look at the team's annual award winners, a little coaching staff shakeup and maybe some World Series, if you're in to that sort of thing." Dom also touches on the fact that this will be a Fall Classic to remember and does not want people to ignore the games because of market size. The Brewers also have hired two new hitting coaches and let one go, and Dom breaks down the hires and more for this week's episode!" Via the "Brew Crew Scoop" Podcast: "We recapped the heartbreaking loss, talked about the Mets being the first team to beat the Brewers and not make the World Series, said bye to Willy and Devin, revisited our playoff picks, and previewed the Yankees-Dodgers World Series."
  12. Joseph, you and I were asked once and provided voting linkage via direct BrewerFanatic mail, but like you, I missed following up on the memo in the midst of MILB playoffs, AAA Link Reports, etc. There was no direct reminder at all when we missed the deadline. So, like you, my input is not reflected. It was a miscue on both our parts and also a site admin, and I believe we’re on the same page that it won’t be repeated next year.

Could the Brewers have realistically hung with the Dodgers or Yankees in the playoffs? Brewers reporter Curt Hogg and host JR Radcliffe discuss a number of things this week, from the postseason press conference, to the second act of reliever Jake Cousins to some early predictions about how free agency will go and even some names to discuss. But they also revisit some 2024 mysteries that still leave them puzzled. Why did the team insist on playing Rhys Hoskins at first base and Jake Bauers at designated hitter? Why did Bryan Hudson not get a postseason spot? Why did William Contreras keep catching so often? Why did they play ABBA in Game 3?" Latest Milwaukee Tailgate Podcast - "Spencer Michaelis of BrewerFanatic joined Jaymes and Ryan to discuss the Brewers season ending presser, some changes in the NL Central, the timely death of Bally's and a bunch of your questions.
