    Chirino unfortunately was crushed in each of his two outings, allowing nine runs on ten hits and a walk while recording just four outs. Navarreto was nursing a hand injury from winter ball. We believe that is why he did not see action this spring, though it's possible there may have been another injury issue. McGee underwent Tommy John surgery last spring while in Seattle's system. The Brewers signed him to a two-year minor league deal and his inclusion as a non-roster invitee for 2024 was purely rehab-based.
