  1. Singleton makes that bat look like a toothpick! Big man's got some wheels too!
  2. Feels so good when we get some production at the back end of the order. I think that's been one of the biggest missing pieces in May, small ball just can't work if you only have four to five hitters, half of which are under-performing.
  3. I wonder how much Singleton can bench? Rea seems to have one or two innings like this 1st every game (whether his fault or not), hopefully he got it out of the way early and no more today.
  4. Don't want to look too far ahead but maybe Teheran can fill a Bryce Wilson-like long reliever role to soak up some innings once we get some starters back? He can pump some strikes consistently
  5. Man, you really need to be a superfan to follow the crew these days. Unfortunately I started following this team closely right before the Hader trade last year. Feels like ever since Mitchell got hurt, this offense has been on a steady slide to the bottom. Unfortunately a collapse like this is multi-faceted and complex, there are no easy solutions. A roster which I don't think was terrible to open the season, but no splash players. Underperforming guys. Injuries. Maybe a coach whose message is getting stale and who can't get anything turned around? Heads need to start rolling and changes need to happen soon.
  6. Nice AB by Monasterio, he was due for a hit against Gausman
  7. Some signs of life from our offense, just nothing falling our way. Let's have good AB's and get through Gausman then attack the pen
  8. The number of infield hit, ground balls finding gaps, and doubles down the line in this series has been so frustrating. Good to see some nice contact from Monasterio on that AB
  9. Let's see some fight out of these Brewers, come on guys!
  10. Ah, you're right. I saw him on big inning and was like what???
  11. Anyone else see that fantastic start for Varland in Houston?
  12. It's been tough to be a Brewers fan lately. We have a high ceiling but low floor pitching-wise, and the offense is just pathetic. What worries me most is it just feels like this team has no fight in them. Gotta stay positive and hope we get things turned around.
  13. Anyone have any realistic insight for how to improve this Brewers offense? The coaches seem to have no clue.
