Nice hit by Rickie. 2nd shot up the middle for this game, but this time it got through. Now, time for another episode of RISP
  2. 40 oz to Freedom
Crap, so much for a sac fly to bring in the run
  3. 40 oz to Freedom
Woohoo, A shot by Carlos. I guess when it rains, it pours. (Just wish we could apply some of these runs for Santos last night)

Well, that makes up for the little bobble in the top of the inning. On a side note, I get an odd pleasure reading the comments about Bill and Darren when I'm listening to Uecker instead. Just reminds me that I've made the right decision

    1) No calls at all from the umps tonite 2) It sucks seeing and hearing all the cubbie fans 3) Do Darren and Bill root for whoever is playing the Brewers?
  6. 40 oz to Freedom
Finally, a CLUTCH hit from Jenks

Oh my god. Did he just ask if he wrestles??? This sounds like Anchorman, but real life

CG shut out for TO!! Not too shabby for a #5 starter http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/happy.gif

Thanks Temke, but no dvr for me. But doesn't dvr delay the visual?? For me (in Madison) Uecker is ahead of the action on FSN. So I think a dvr would only increase the time between Uecker's call and seeing it on FSN.

A conversation on sequences? ***? I'm now turning on Uecker, I don't care if it's not synced up. Edit: Yes, we have horrible TV announcers. But, we have one of the best in Uecker on the radio. I wish there was a way FSN could track how many of use just boycott their audio and listen to the radio instead.

    RISP and a hit again!!
  13. 40 oz to Freedom
Who was it that got into a run down at third earlier this season?
  14. 40 oz to Freedom
Yeah, Rickie!! Now no more leaving men on base
  15. 40 oz to Freedom
I would love to believe this is the reason. But after watching Jenkins all season and his lack of plate discipline, I can't believe this is why Prince is sitting. If, as someone posted earlier, Prince was pulled up for facing lefties only, and Prince knew of this, I have no problem with him sitting. But if Yost decided today, based upon last night, to sit Prince I have lost even more faith in the direction the Crew is headed.

    Woohooo, tie gamehttp://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Yesterday it was Bottalico, today it's Phelps. What happened to our nice bullpen we had at the start of the year???
  19. 40 oz to Freedom
Best Jenkins at bat in a while , still an out but at least advancing the runner
  20. 40 oz to Freedom
Watching Jenkins bat is just horrible. It's not that he just isn't getting hits, it's the absolute look of futility at the plate. For example, earlier this season when JJ wasn't getting hits, at least he was making contact and showing some promise. But Jenkins, he just looks like he is swatting at the air
  21. 40 oz to Freedom
http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/indifferent.gif I'm guessing this isn't what Bottalico had hoped for against his old team

Nasty, Weeks first AB was a liner to the right of Thome and he made a good diving catch. As for Weeks, he is impressing me at the moment, but I'm not quite ready to proclaim him the Brewer's saviour. And for every reaction, there is an equal and oppostie reaction. Which explains Jenkins at the plate right now.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/tongue.gif
  23. 40 oz to Freedom
Woohooo, 2 hits for Weeks and a nice RBI. Nice to finally see some clutch hits
  24. 40 oz to Freedom
Whew, close one with the wall there. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eek.gif Lets hope we can get out of the inning tied. Edit: crap. didn't happen
  25. 40 oz to Freedom
So much for that.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif Homer by Helms and now a double by Magruder
