  1. Ah the now 'RARE' Complete Game. Good to see it again even if it came against the Brewers.
  2. Ah just like the good old days when Brewerfan threads were a smorgasbord of vents. Tough loss for sure today.
  3. Anyone else remember 1993 - 2007? There were some real dogs during that stretch of futility. This team is showing more signs of being more like those teams then what we have seen recently. Feel bad for the younger folks here who haven't had to weather bad Brewers teams. The 2025 version is really pointing in the wrong direction.
  4. And to think the Cleveland starter had a 7.71 ERA in last 3 starts - What ails you sir? The Brewers will help you get better.
  5. I understand why it happened to Capra however I really was pulling for him after the great Spring. He should clear waivers and be sent to Nashville I would assume?
  6. COOOOOOOOOOOOOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cecil Cooper
  7. When I saw the news on Brewers.com just now I grabbed a supersized tub of popcorn & liter o' cola so I could watch the fireworks.
  8. So do I get to watch this one tonight? Even if it is a complete trainwreck like last night's game?
  9. Couldn't have put it better than that.
  10. Glad I turned it off right after the Giants tied the game at 5 in the bottom of the 8th. Didn't have to watch the inevitable and be as ornery as some of the folks posting when this debacle ended. They are losing games they have normally found a way to win the past 5 years. Oh, Alexander needs to ditch that mustache.
  11. So how many games are the Brewers going to have over the air this season? I didn't know Channel 6 was simulcasting the FanDuel feed.
  12. I agree - Hudson does not look remotely close to the dominating pitcher he was up until the All-Star break last season. I still don't understand why he vanished last year. He looked like he was aiming pitches and motion looks really weird.
  13. Been a long run of above average teams going back to 2008. The stretch from 1993 - 2007 is what this team may be more what the Brewers are like this year. It is just a feel I am getting with our messed up starting rotation. Hope I am wrong. I turned the game off today after I turned it on in the bottom of 1st and saw Goldschmidt crossing home plate. I had that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. That's how the Brewers were before '08. And darn it all it is all about the money. Paying 30 - 70 million for one season of baseball for ONE player is obnoxious. (this goes for all of the 'professional' sports leagues) I am old school and still remember when fans were making noise about $2 - $4 million dollar salaries. Why are fans not making noise now? Ok done ranting - the game sucked today. (12-3 in bottom of 3rd with no outs)
  14. Why oh why didn't Gard call a timeout when the Badgers got the ball back with around :25 left? They had 2 TO''s left. Instead they ran 20 secs off clock and ran a very disjointed sequence with Blackwell getting rejected on shot.
  15. HOLY ####!!!!!!!!!! That game was incredible! Still the Badgers need to work on REBOUNDING.
  16. Any idea why the Bucks are allowing 2 players to wear #4 during training camp? What a smack in the face to Sidney Moncrief.
  17. Let me dream, please.
  18. Come on Pack trade Doubs to Vegas for DAVANTE! Come back home #17
  19. Man oh man - the punishment of being a Brewer fan all of these years - My fondest memory is still 1982!
