  1. We're gonna strand more tonight than the 10 we did last night! Ugh
  2. Was Counsell running in quicksand? It was like watching in slow-mo
  3. You gotta hand it to the kid, those are some nice pitches
  4. That was a strike. Good call. Wow, Cabrera has put on a little weight
  5. According to the line-ups at the top, no one is playing 2B. We have 2 guys competing at SS http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
  6. Not tonight. They are airing the game delayed tomorrow at noon on Charter.
  7. Steve: Thank you for your service and have a successful/safe mission. You are a great forum poster. I always enjoy reading your takes.
  8. Once again, Brewers.com gives me the FSN headfake and I fall for it thinking I can see Brewer baseball tonight in Madison. What's the good of their broadcast schedule? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif I'm bummed
  9. Lineup, schmine-up, it's all about the Power of the peeps and the reverse jinx. Thanks again, Jamie
  10. A lot of the stats in BP are pretty much just on the BP web site and are locked down by subscription, so I don't think it's anywhere near 99%. If you drink the BP koolaid you want either the book, an online subscription or both
  11. Craig Freakin Counsell with a single, double and triple... a HR short of a Moeller-Cycle. I mean, he was hitting below the Moeller line coming into the game. You gotta love the way that game ended. I was gripping big time when the Cubs got to within two runs. Back to 500, boys
  12. > jinx I know. I was just thinking no-no, too. Did Craig pull up on that hit early? Or was that a gap hit even with Koskie?
  13. three Easter eggs for Cappy on 9 batters. Sweet. We get to see the ol Cappy today.
  14. Oh, this feels soooooooo good after the last 2 games. I cannot stand losing to the Cubs.
  15. http://media.bestprices.com/dvd/cov150/drt100/t152/t15274pslu8.jpg
  16. Power of the peeps and the reverse jinx... brewerjamie15 is pulling out all the stops to prevent a Cubs @#%$. Thank you, brewerjamie Now lets rain on their parade in a serious way http://thumbs.ebay.com/pict/220100487344.jpg [Edit: @#%$ was "s w e e p". Cubs s w e e p must be really a bad word.]
  17. Weeks so blew that throw. The freakin catcher and you can't turn a DP! [Edit: Oops, my bad, I thought that was Blanco. Well, bad throw anyway http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/embarassed.gif ]
  18. Nooooooo. I had a lunch riding on this series. I can't give it up in the 6th of game two with Ben out there. Do not give up. Never give up.
  19. That weak infield single now becomes a run. Argh
  20. Why can't Sheets at least watch 2 pitches before he hacks? What's the use in grounding out on the first one?
  21. Bad news: Lee took a double away from us. Could have even scored JJ. GOod news: Z does seem to be starting his meltdown
  22. Weeks swings on the first pitch again
  23. Don't give Ned any crazy ideas.
