    Pitchers are allowed to have a bad outing. Don’t jump to conclusions after one bad outing this year.

    That’s the difference an opener, not a starter! Starters have routines to get ready, there is a difference.

    Agreed I feel Patrick would have been better settled in if he started this game. I get it he was great out of the pen last postseason but this early in season is not the time to do this. Let the starters start!!!

    Is anyone else annoyed by snell looking at his card every pitch almost? Or am I the only one. I guess it could be that he is good and I’m just bitter

    Yeah I feel they could have let him rest this game, don’t think he needed to pitch today.

    I’m glad too, but his over excitement might get him in trouble with some players. Like seeming like he is showing up the batters. Idk just an opinion

    Just a thought, would it have been feasible to just not bring Freddy out for tge 2nd inning and bring in Mis, Patrick, or Gasser to pitch the rest of game and we could have saved Freddy for game 3? Or is that not a strategy worth trying

    My insider source told me that Patrick never left Milwaukee expect him Sunday probably

    Yeah he may look uninspired, but also what do we know? I’m guessing he is trying to work on his changeup and slider. They probably told him to not worry about outcome and just concentrate on getting those pitches over and trying to refine them. Just my guess.

    Yeah not close to same results as yesterday and 2 Patrick has earned it so far this year!

    Lol the guy pitches great the whole game, and he gives up a home run and all of a sudden you are the leash expert lol

    Yeah of course you say that but if he got out of it, you would have been ok with not pulling him.

    Doesn’t matter if he has a high pitch count or not, Murphy will yank these pitchers earlier than need be anyways. Let the pitchers pitch and get through some tough innings.

    How on earth does Priester go longer than Patrick last night? I feel the team is trying to find reasons to make it easier to send Patrick down when others get healthy. To the tune of saying he doesnt eat up enough innings or something like that.

    No Murphy just likes to pull his starters like he has to get the other pitchers playing time! I feel like this is little league.

    No lol not a burner. Thanks for the welcoming to the board. I have just recently gotten into paying attention to minor league stuff and have been following and just didn’t know why Patrick wasn’t really mentioned anywhere.

    Can someone explain to me why that everywhere I look Chad Patrick is not getting any love anywhere? I mean the guy is delivering every time he takes the mound and he leads AAA in multiple categories. How is this man not on a list or radar? Time to give him his due!
