  1. Doesn't help that he drew a half circle on the field getting there
  2. The reaction of our 1st base coach says otherwise
  3. How many mental mistakes can we make in one game?
  4. Looks like another team meeting on the menu
  5. Sanchez 100% would've challenged that if he didn't already lose one. Actually impressed he got his brain to say no to that one.
  6. Maybe we should just be ready to hit the baseball on the first pitch.
  7. Down to .760 OPS against LHP in the season. About to go under .600 OPS overall in the 2nd half. Then add in how many challenges he burns.
  8. I'll be saying some crazy things on message boards if Sanchez receives post season ABs
  9. I'm a believer in automatic benching if you watch 3 straight strikes
  10. I'm so done with Sanchez. Could not care less what any numbers say about his value.
  11. When Chourio is ****, he's super ****. Not taking anything, swinging at everything under the moon.
  12. Not taking the bat off your shoulder for 2 strikes, pretending to upset about a call in the zone, and then swinging at some garbage.
  13. Keep saying this, every single player and prospect should be on the table for a star bat this offseason. We can't keep playing this hodgepodge lineup game year over year.
  14. Dude hasn't done anything except collect a paycheck since his surgery.
  15. I have been a strong proponent of the belief that our hitting is what's (again) going to be our downfall this postseason. However, I just really don't see what offensive upgrades were available at this deadline. Luis Garcia? Lars Nootbarr? Heliot Ramos? Rutschman got shipped but completely wrong position for us. It's a pretty lame list overall. We didn't really have much of a choice but to ride this current offensive group and see what happens. That said, if we falter again similar to last year's NLCS, we will have no choice but to completely overhaul the position groups on this team. Meaning every single prospect on the table for an impact bat, and every current position player available for trade (yes, I mean everyone).
  16. Would be pleasantly surprised if Brice made contact with the ball
  17. Would've bet a lot of money I would never say "where would we be without Jake Bauers?" But here I am.
  18. What does Contreras do well on the field at this point besides get people to clap as he walks to the plate?
