  1. Yep, Dorchies is only 19 in high A and Letson, 21 in AA. Pitchers require more seasoning than position players. Even the best pitching prospects usually don't come up to the majors until at least 23 at the earliest.
  2. Not doubting that, especially seeing how Wilson is even further from Raleigh than Zebulon. Just total population + distance from major city = not many people wanna travel that far to watch an affiliate of an out-of-state team (I doubt there are many Brewers fans in the area). That being said, I would imagine a stacked roster of big offensive players would draw more of a crowd than one that's batting .161 as a team. Hell, if you put the Timber rattlers roster on Beloit, i'd even go down there to watch and i dont even care about the marlins 😂
  3. They really could've used that mudcat's roster from last year. Definitely would've brought in some fans.
  4. Early in the season, but shout out to Marco Dinges; hitting .300+ and OPS above 1.000.
  5. I honestly like the T-Rats free jerseys (I went to the frelick giveaway earlier this month), the text is actually printed on as opposed to pressed on. Lasts a lot longer.
  6. Curious to see how long Pena stays in High A (hoping to see 1 more T-Rats game before he leaves), he seems to have figured it out after a rough sampling last year. Also interesting to see if Lara gets a shot at MLB this season if his hot offense keeps going in AAA. Could the brewers afford to keep someone like that off the 40-man if there's ever an opening? 🤔
  7. what's worse is the poor quality. I miss being able to buy stitched jerseys. Now we got iron-ons that deteriorate after a couple wash cycles or peel. Gotta get knockoffs nowadays for a more authentic jersey feel. The new era hats are pretty nice quality though. Still pricey imo.
  8. Who gave Luis Lara permission to rake?!? Only 5 games, I know, but if he found a way to have even an average hit tool you could be seeing a potential all-star ceiling.
  9. I can certainly see why they are high on him. On top of what was stated, he's a 6'3" SS with elite defense. He has the physical stature of a Yelich, Ohtani, etc. It gives him such a high ceiling if that bat comes around. Dude's still only 21.
  10. I feel like its extremely unlikely. Would have to be a lot of injuries at the MLB and AAA level for that to happen.
  11. How common are option appeals for missed seasons? And how often are those won by the team? 🤔
  12. Tells you how deep the INF was in Carolina last year. Could have easily been at 3rd considering his athleticism and arm strength imo.
  13. Even a .260 BA Bitonti is a prospect to dream on. Still young, still has a lot of time.
  14. Recently been reviewing the new rankings from fangraphs and MLB and they seem to be pretty low on Luke adams, especially his power, but i seem to remember both him and wilken were leading the southern league in HRs and slugging until their injuries that sidelined them the rest of the season. 🤔 is there something I'm missing? Or are his EVs just that bad and he's just that lucky?
  15. We'll really know in a couple years how good or bad these trades were. It does seem like they're gearing up for 2027/2028. Almost as if 2026 is gap year. 🤔 A lot of talent that seems to be 1-2 year(s) away from a debut so it makes sense.
  16. There's so much talent coming up the pipe soon. I can't imagine the Brewers making a big splash in FA.
  17. Can't say i was fully disappointed in Burke this season. His hit tool was much better than expected, but i always feel like if you're slow on the basepaths you need to have power. I will eat all the crow in the world if he continues this into next season at AAA. 😂
  18. I'm at the point that i think we arent seeing Wilken, Adams, Dinges, or Letson the remainder of the season. Miss reading Wilken and Adams in the box score every day near the end of the halfway mark and seeing a HR basically every game 😂
  19. I know the injuries that happened to them, but I heard Dinges' injury was like a grade 2 and he'd be out 4-6 weeks. Adams i have not heard any time table on though 🤔
  20. honestly there might be reason to trade both with Gasser coming back soon, but moving Quintana to the bullpen might be a good idea. Keeping a veteran arm could be useful going into the playoffs.

I'm very high on marco dinges; amazing bat and high defensive ceiling. Think brock wilken will be a future big. Gets on base and mashes. him and luke adams are in a similar boat, but I give the edge to wilken. The physical profile and recent play of Bitonti is too tantalizing to ignore. The floor is lower than you'd hope, but the ceiling is so high (higher than any corner INF in our system imo). Gasser, Hardin, Letson are hard to place. Gasser and Letson are/were injured and hardin is having a great season. Areinamo is tough to gauge... almost feels unfair putting him this low considering his progress: power and OPS is up, still batting around .300, solid INF with versatility, but his ceiling just screams solid MLB utility player.
  22. I agree with what you're saying, but Dinges' defense does excite me. Pop times under 1.9 seconds, seen multiple back-picks this year, cannon for an arm. Plenty of stuff to work on, but his defensive ceiling seems really high to me.
  23. A lot of IF corners are up in AA and AAA and will be moving soon. I see Burke moving to AA this year and adams moving to AAA with wilkens following soon after he's back. If they draft middle IF i see them drafting college talent, if its corner IF i see them drafting out of HS. Xavier Neyens is a name on my list
