Suárez would definitely bring power to any lineup, but I agree it feels risky to give up too much for just a short-term rental. Unless the price comes way down, I’d rather see the Brewers focus on longer-term pieces than overpay for a couple of months of production.

Even though Buehler hasn’t looked like his old self lately, the Brewers do have a knack for getting more out of pitchers. If he’s open to a bullpen role and can focus on his best stuff, he might be worth a low-risk pickup.

Cool report always interesting to see how the minor league squad is shaping up. Kuehner’s Triple-A debut sounds promising; hope he keeps making plays like that.
