    Rarely do I ever endorse a sacrifice bunt particularly with your best hitter but that one made all the sense in the world.

    Typically I'd prefer never to see Jake Bauers with a bat in his hand whether the pitcher be filthy, soft-tossing, or anything in between.

    Vikings WR Jordan Addison arrested for DUI, because what better way to get around than driving drunk when you're a professional athlete with every possible means and resource of safe transportation.

    Frustrating stretch lately to be sure, but you could do much worse than being 4.5 games up on the 2nd place team in your division going into the ASB.

    Might piss this division lead away before August if they keep this up. A 5 run lead at home against the Nats and you can't hold it? Embarrassing.

    They need to start playing better baseball. This was a very winnable homestand.

    Really nice win. The results against the elites this season have been discouraging so you really wanted to come out of L.A. with a win you could hang your hat on and make you feel like we could hang with these guys in their house. They were up to the task today.

    It's kind of like being a Badger basketball fan. You respect and admire the program they've built the last couple decades after years of being an afterthought while also having to accept that they're never going to be the team holding the trophy at the end of the season.
