  1. Another penalty.
  2. Another drive stalled out in opposing territory.
  3. You can't start jumping up and down and pointing just because the defender flinched. Doesn't work that way. Another penalty.
  4. That draw to Dillon had "read all the way for a 3 yard loss" before it was even snapped.
  5. Terrible throw by Love. Wide open.
  6. I'm more mad about the poorly coached, undisciplined group on the field.
  7. Jimmy Graham. LOL
  8. One simple pass and the Saints are threatening to score. Amazing how many ways the Packers find to shoot themselves in the foot.
  9. Great execution guys.
  10. I mean do we really think he'll be playing Thursday either?
  11. Good grief with Bahk. And Watson. Ridiculous.
  12. That would be really cool. The umpires would reject it as an illegal substitution and not allow him to bat, of course, but it would be a memorable moment to see him throw on a helmet, grab a bat and try it.
  13. We've seen people all the time point out how having a certain player on the field caused a good defensive play to happen, usually said by mentioning the difference between that player and the replaced one. Never seemed like a big deal to me, more of a compliment for the player on the field than anything else.
  14. In many ways, they seem like the exact same Packers to me. That's both a blessing and a curse. High level QB who can make all the throws in a clean pocket but struggle against a consistent pass rush. An offense that can be so fluid and smooth at times and can be stagnant when they get conservative and go into clock management mode. A maddeningly inconsistent defense that looks like a bunch of playmakers flying around a lot of the time, and other times looks like they can't stop the worst teams in football. I can't put my finger around why Joe Barry is the problem- I'm not qualified to know the why - but this defense is consistently less than the sum of its parts, and there's only been one constant the last 3 years. It would be one thing if this was a guy who had had success everywhere he's been before-- I'd be more inclined to put the actual talent under the microscope - but that's not the case. I believe this defense has talent. A lot of it. I'd go as far as to say it's around the same talent level as the 2009 and 2010 Packers teams. The most important thing, as others have said, is that it appears that Jordan Love will be great at best, and competent at worst. Everything else we can address, but not having to go back to square one at QB like so many teams do is huge.
  15. As a Darrel Henderson owner last year and Cam Akers owner this year I have absolutely no trust in what Sean McVay is going to do at RB between now and the end of the season.
  16. For sure, agreed. I do mostly dynasty so I think I am more looking from that perspective as I think time is probably running short on the career of Cooper Kupp especially with the growing history of hamstring injuries.
  17. So is Puka the real deal?
  18. I gotta say on Bahktiari, we should have moved on in the offseason. It's been enough. I'm sure he's more frustrated than anyone, but we're going on 3 years of a part time lineman now. It's not a great way to have to run an offensive line rotation with that kind of reliability.
  19. My 7 year old son absolutely lost his mind last night when his music hit. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://m.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DruKH5dO_S4w&ved=2ahUKEwjzz6HAubCBAxWZrYkEHSZoBWsQwqsBegQIAhAG&sqi=2&usg=AOvVaw26B8Ec575fWOvp2KtwVNhE
  20. I can't tell you how many times the past 3 years or so that I've seen the Packers just sort of chucked the ball 30 yards downfield on 3rd and 2 and pull out my hair thinking, "MLF can't possibly be calling these plays."
  21. I mean it sucks, I wanted that 1st bad, so to end up not getting that for Rodgers, sucks, and of course that's just the business side of it and secondary to the health of the player. But to be clear, it obviously sucks worse for the Jets, and getting a pair of 2nds for a 39 year old (if) he only ends up playing a few snaps for his new team is obviously not the worst deal in the world for us. Now we can at least just root for the Jets to suck free and clear. Wish they had lost last night.
  22. Worst case scenario for Green Bay for Jets draft compensation in Week 1, Rodgers injured and the Jets still win.
  23. Because it has a significant impact on our draft class for 2024.
  24. Sounds like an ankle. If it's a broken ankle his season is screwed. If it's a sprain I would think it isn't super long-term.
  25. Doesn't look like we'll be getting that 1st for Aaron. On the bright side, should be a high 2nd!
