Yeah, Davis is terrible, so this deal won't be all bad for Pittsburgh. Morris isn't very good anymore, but as Brian said he could quite valuable come next year's deadline. They could definitely get a better player for him than Rajai Davis was.
I was informed by Molitor Fan that there is an incoming Freshmen for the fall to Northwestern University that is now a member of this site. Show your face!
Everyone, chill out. If you just keep saying, "oh the game is over, blah blah" then stop watching! Go exercise or something. I'm watching because I still think we're going to win today and I enjoy watching baseball.

This is eerily similar to Walker's death, which was around this time last summer, it's just tragic really and I know what Wake Forest fans are going through having had to deal with this last summer.
I find it funny that same people who said Sheets "wasn't a winner" and that Estrada is excellent because "he never strikes out and hits line drives" love this trade, claiming that Linebrink is the cream of the crop in terms of middle relievers. Look at how much his K/BB rate has dropped this year (just to reiterate) and his WHIP... that's not "cream of the crop." Just sayin'.
Can't disagree with you, but I can't help but look at the lineup and just shrug and say, huh? Don't get me wrong, I hate the lineup too. I just hate Suppan a little bit more.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
We can keep blaming the pathetic lineup all we want, but Suppan has still given up 5 runs and it's only the 4th inning. Even our offense at full strength would be struggling to stay in this game. The point is, Suppan stinks and I strongly dislike him.
Did anybody see my earlier post that mentioned suppan throwing 6 innings giving 18 hits and giving up only four. can you say psychic. or i just watch to much brewer baseball. How is that psychic? He's given up 7 hits and 5 runs....
But Linebrink wasn't doing a hell of a lot of stabilizing since San Diego just decided to demote him from setting up a few days ago. That's why I'm wondering why he had to give up so much to get him? You'd figure after that move maybe we could throw them Garrison, Thatcher, and maybe someone like Hammond to get him.
