  1. we are were we are because the cards seemed to can"t get it together, but if they go on a big winning Streak we can kiss our Playoff chance Bye Bye I still don't understand why you capitalize half of your nouns. Anyway, how does the Cardinals going on a winning streak have anything to do with us not winning the wildcard?
  2. Garner did a terrible job managing his lineup. Nomar didn't get an atbat, and neither did Andruw Jones, while Bay and Holliday each got 3.
  3. I guess Cappy should have been the NL's closer...
  4. Rogers hit 90, so the radar gun is definitely cranked up.
  5. Was it just me, or during that commerical with Joe Buck, those guys who touch his throat call him "Mr. Baseball?" Is anyone else extremely ticked off about this? If Joe Buck is Mr. Baseball, then maybe we all should find a new sport to follow.
  6. Well, Lee will definitely get at least one at-bat based on his performance in the first half. Also, Capuano is sure to pitch since there are only a few rested pitchers for the NL. As for Turnbow, I personally wouldn't pitch him, and I don't think Scrap Iron will either.
  7. Yo's mechanics are simply flawless. In the game, he threw mainly fastballs and only a few offspeed pitches. He walked one and gave up an infield single and one of the flyouts was well-hit. He was consistently hitting 92-94 on the gun, while his offspeed pitches were in the 75 range.
  8. Thank you gifted and sbrylski for finally putting some sense into this irrational IGT.
  9. There's the good ol' Doug Davis with 6 walks.
  10. Bucksman, that post is ridiculous, that's all I have to say. And I'm pretty sure we've only lost 2 of 3 so far to the Cubs, not 3 of 4.
  11. It seems like whenever Craig Coshun does his segments, the opposing team hits a homer.
  12. That was absolutely tatooed by Weeks. 2-1 Good Guys.
  13. Bill Hall is kind of athletic.
  14. Good news once again, Reds down 4-0 to the Braves in the 5th. Houston-St. Louis is ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball game for those who want to watch.
  15. How as that wild pitch huge? Pierre would have scored from 2nd easily.
  16. Why do you capitalize half your nouns? It's just kind of hard to read, that's all.
  17. THERE'S the dominant Derrick Turnbow. I missed that slider very much.
  18. Wise is garbage, what the heck happened to him?
  19. Sit on the bench you piece of crap.
  20. Ok, that clearly wasn't Prince's fault necessary. You have to tip your cap to Eyre, those were some filthy pitches.
  21. At least the Reds are losing in the 9th... then again, Houston was up 6-4 in the 9th and Lidge blew the save against St. Louis.
  22. This inning is doing nothing to enhance my confidence in Matt Wise. The only out was tatooed by Jones.
  23. FSN is jixing us to the max with our late inning heroics. I wouldn't be surprised if we go 1-2-3 in the 7th, 8th, and 9th.
  24. You gotta love the job Bush did tonight. Let's get him some runs!
  25. 86 pitches through 4 innings for Marmol, and he follows with a 6 pitch 5th, just disgusting.
