  1. If you check out Jericho's twitter account, he was also spotted in many other places today if you glance at the photos he posted.
  2. Colts vs. Patroits -My favorite football team (Colts) vs. the team with the QB and coach I dislike the most in all of sports.
  3. I was thinking back to the very first indy show I ever went to today. I found the lineup from that show on Smart Mark Videos website that has all the indy shows and such on there. Well anyways heres the card from MAW: 1. Old School Express (Rasche Brown & Jason Dukes) vs. Dysfunction & Ken Anderson 2. Dino Bambino vs. Adrian Serrano 3. Sherri Martel vs. ODB & Dana Darling 4. Colt Cabana vs. Chuck E. Smooth 5. Ian Rotten vs. Corporal Robinson 6. Axl Rotten vs. CM Punk If I only would of known then of the greatness of everyone on this card that they have today.
  4. I would assume so, unless they use the whole storyline of Orton putting Jericho on the shelf. Otherwise Punk vs. Jericho would be amazing. Both guys mic skills are great, both are great in the ring and its a match we all wanna see.
  5. Mmmm Velvet Sky.
  6. Why would the WWE or Jericho ruin the whole point of the hacking Twitter feed on the screen and tell us "yes, it's Chris Jericho"? Just because these guys say something on Twitter or to other wrestling sites doesn't make it true about returning or not. The video is for Jericho, he has signed with the WWE, WWE is doing what they can to get attention on Twitter, so they are using that for his return. Undertaker returning at the beginning of January would be a waste unless he's in the Royal Rumble match.
  7. Whats everyones take on the twitter promo thing getting hacked the last 2 weeks? I'm curious to find out who it is or what it means on the 1st RAW of 2012. My guess is, its Chris Jericho's return.
  8. I thought I read somewhere that CM Punk is now the #1 seller for merchandise in the WWE now. Punk should win the title and run with it through Wrestlemania beating Ziggler in the WWE Championship Match. Also have been reading a lot lately that Austin wants to face Punk at Wrestlemania IF the money is right. So I am guessing WWE is probably looking at Dallas for next years Wrestlemania to have Punk vs. Austin. A Cena heel turn is more likely then ever at Survivor Series. Will it happnen? Probably not. However, there is no way Awesome Truth gets over in this match unless Rock or Cena screw eachother over or if Awesome Truth has help from a few people (Nash, ADR, Ziggler, etc). Cena will be getting boo'ed out of the building at Wrestlemania whether he's a heel or not. Wrestlers in the WWE that deserve pushes in my book goes as follows: Dolph Ziggler, Cody Rhodes, Daniel Bryan, Tyson Kidd, and Wade Barrett. By push I mean taken to the next level for these guys. Ziggler, just like all of you have said, he's great in the ring and on the mic. He should be a top 3 heel in the WWE and in the WWE Title picture with or without Vickie. Rhodes is another one who should be World Champion. He's a guy who would be great as a top heel on Smackdown, his character is great with the paper bag thing. Daniel Bryan, he should be at least be caring the mid card right now. US Champion or IC Champion, doesn't matter. Tyson Kidd isn't getting used right at all. The matches he has had with Bryan and other guys on Superstars have been great. Barrett has gotten main event chances. Just needs to be taken to that next level.
  9. It's pretty close I'd say, except HHH was heel and Nash was face. Either way, I hope this feud leads to something.
  10. Don't be shocked if HHH comes back to RAW next week. They are pushing Nash returning for a reason and for them to keep on talking about it week after week. Nash has to be either be doing something at Survivor Series or wrestle HHH at Series. I always thought they brought Nash back to give either Undertaker or Big Show a match at Wrestlemania. I am starting to lean towards Dolph Ziggler winning the Royal Rumble. I know he's lost back to back weeks, but they need to give him something to do until he gets hot and starts winning again. I for one wouldn't mind seeing CM Punk vs. Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Title at Mania.
  11. I'm still watching. Season 2 has been pretty good so far. I did enjoy the preview for next weeks which looks like its gonna be a good one.
  12. My top 10 predictions: 1. Albert Pujols-Cardinals 2. Prince Fielder-Cubs 3. Jose Reyes-Mets 4. C.J. Wilson-Nationals 5. Edwin Jackson-Rangers 6. Jimmy Rollins-Phillies 7. Aramis Ramirez-Brewers 8. Carlos Beltran-Giants 9. Jonathan Papelbon-Red Sox 10. David Ortiz-Red Sox
  13. Yeah I agree TNA is finally heading in the right direction it looks like. Getting the older guys out of the main event spot is a big plus. Angle is great, but TNA isn't going to get anywhere if he keeps beating all the young guys, so it was nice to see Storm beat him for the belt. I could do without Ronnie from the Jersey Shore however. Would like to see more of Mr. Anderson, Austin Aries, Somoa Joe, Eric Young, Bobby Roode, James Storm, and AJ Styles.
  14. He's my pick to win the Royal Rumble in January. My guess would be he would face either Miz or ADR one on one at Wrestlemania for the WWE Title.
  15. RAW was one giant mess last night. I understand the whole heel take over part but it was terrible. Morrison must be on his way out or something cuz he got completely buried. I do like Mason Ryan as a face, as long as he doesn't talk he should be fine. I can pretty much predict how Vengence is gonna go for the RAW main events. Nash will get involved in the HHH/Punk vs. Miz/Truth match. Cena vs. ADR will end with Laurinitias group of guys (Ziggler, Christian, Vickie, Swagger, Otunga, etc) causing him the match. However, if they put the belt back on Cena, I might stop watching for a while cuz its getting really stupid changing the belt every PPV. One last thing. What has happen to Ryder being on RAW? He pins the US Champion back to back weeks and vanishes. The guy is great on the mic and his in ring work isn't as bad as some that are getting on air time.
  16. From what I got cooped up in my head for Survior Series is: World Title: Mark Henry © vs. Undertaker, WWE Title: ADR © vs. CM Punk, Team WWE vs. Team Anti-WWE: Rock, Cena, HHH, Sheamus, and Randy Orton vs. Miz, Truth, Nash, Christian, and Jericho. With it being in Madison Square Garden I expect Vince to pull out all the big guns. Bringing back Jericho, Undertaker, Rock, I'm sure Austin and Foley will be involved somewhere in the mix as well. As for RAW this week. I think they made BIG push towards a good storyline that could go on for a few months. With everyone walking out, it has to lead to Vince coming back in the next week or so. We all know Cena will get a rematch at Vengence against ADR and lose due to Miz/Truth probably costing him the match. Should be interesting to see where they go from here though.
  17. Alou said he remembered that play that he did everything right going up for the ball, so he would of caught it. No matter how you look at this, you gotta feel for the guy now. If even he's still a Cubs fan, he wouldn't be able to go to any games at Wrigley.
  18. RAW was great tonight I thought. Triple Threat Hell In The Cell Match will be good. Zack Ryder getting over Dolph Ziggler was entertaining. Honestly can't wait to see what happens with Miz/Truth being fired tonight. I do see some more "firings" coming in the next couple weeks or maybe even Friday on Smackdown.
  19. I remember back in the early 2000s when they actually did tryout matches or whatever on Sunday Night Heat or Velocity. Remember seeing local guys like Ken Anderson, Dino Bambino, CM Punk, etc. Before they were even signed with the WWE. Don't get much of that anymore other then seeing them as security guards, when the did the Masterlock challenge, just standing around backstage, etc.
  20. Anyone else see that the WWE Channel/Network is coming in 2012?
  21. By Sport: Baseball: 1. Matt Williams 2. Greg Vaughn 3. Justin Upton 4. Luis Gonzalez 5. Ryan Braun Basketball: 1. Kobe Bryant 2. Ray Allen 3. Michael Jordan 4. Glenn Robinson 5. Brandon Jennings Football: 1. Marshall Faulk 2. Peyton Manning 3. Bo Jackson 4. Marvin Harrison 5. Dwight Freeney Wrestlers: (yup added this). 1. Shawn Michaels 2. Eddie Guerrero 3. Chris Jericho 4. CM Punk 5. Stone Cold
  22. I actually read the WWE Creative wants to start a Punk/Nash angle with them eventually meeting in the ring. They said they wanted a "big" name for Punk to feud with to help him get over. Apparently Cena wasn't a big enough name and Punk wasn't over enough. Nash has absolutely nothing left in the ring and he's 52. For some reason, people at TNA and WWE think guys over 40 and even 50 are main event worthy. Some guys can still hack it (Angle, Sting, Undertaker) but I'm starting to get sick of these guys being the main focus just because they are bigger names. The young talent needs to be pushed because they are the future. I agree with what you are saying, but in order to push the young talent. They need to beat someone who is over. Now you know Super Cena and Super Orton can't put anyone over, cuz that would be just awful (sarcasm). Nash working with Punk (who is already over), will push him a little bit more with the non CM Punk fans. Can't really seeing it being a good match, but its someone else for Punk to beat other then Cena. Also, with what TNA is doing with all the old wrestlers is a joke. They are burying themselves by not pushing the young guys in the main events. Sting should be feuding with Styles, Daniels, Morgan, Joe, etc. Get the old guys to put over the young guys. WCW was the same way, they go of so much talent during the nWo era (Eddie Guerrero, Chris Jericho, Stone Cold, etc).
  23. Thought I'd just let everyone know that the standings show that EA Sports Bar won the league.
  24. Long time wrestling fan here. Been a long time Punk fan ever since his days in MAW when it was around. Punk is something the WWE sorely needs right now. I honestly think we are getting what we got in the mid to late 90s here when you had Bret Hart and Stone Cold feud. You had Bret who was the fan favorite, the one who was all about the kids, blah blah who is basically Cena now. Then you got Austin, someone who was getting over with the fans as a heel, doing things the non Bret Hart way who Punk reminds me of. WWE is heading in the right direction this summer by the looks of things. Zack Ryder is finally getting some TV time on Smackdown now who I think is very entertaining from his Youtube shows and who isn't too bad in the ring either. But like a few of you have said before already. WWE seems to drop the ball with this stuff this time of year, last year being Nexus. I do seem CM Punk vs. John Cena at Summerslam title vs title. If they put the belt back on Cena, then this way a huge was of time.
