    Anyone think there should be any promotions made from AA to AAA? I say let AA try and win a championship after their great run. Thoughts anyone?

    Pogokat, Great report on the game, the players and the park. I have been to Space Coast stadium as well, clearly not a power hitters park. Has anyone looked at which stadium is a hitter friendly park in the FS league?

    Colbyjack, If I look back at Braun's defense as you seem to think he needs to stay in A+ when was the last error he made? I know your a big follower, maybe you can look that up. My guess it's been 20-25 games ago since he last made an error. If you talked to the organization they may tell you that is what they were looking for, "improvement on defense".

    __________________________________________________ Prediction: if Braun is called up to Huntsville he will put up disappointing numbers and have his prospecthood questioned. Between merely performing well at A+, and the absolutely brutal effect Huntsville has had on even our best hitters his numbers will look very forgetable. Remember Corey was league MVP with essentially an .800 OPS and Prince and Weeks had somewhat similar results. ___________________________________________________ Igor, I'll disagree with you on this one, I'm not a betting man, but if I was I would bet the farm Braun will be succesful.

    My concerns are what the organization plans on doing. I guess there are several options they can take. I don't understand why he would do that, he is not a power guy, he uses his speed and is a gap to gap hitter. In listening to yesterdays game every time we broke a bat their catcher ran and grabbed it to take a close look. A black eye of sorts for Milwaukee. The league suspension is obvious, but could there be more within the organization?

    We have to ask where is our player development taking this organization no help for Huntsville? All our levels have the capacity to help up above. No moves, this is a joke!

    I'll repeat one more time, throwing is one part, fielding on the end of the throw is what I'm refering to. Throws in the dirt, over the 1b's head. The play needs to be made on both ends. I can't count the number of times your top infieldees in MLB make bad throws where the 1baseman bales them out.

    It's not excuses it's bringinig up a point that some readers may not consider when looking at numbers. I do agree I think Braun should have played SS to start as well.

    It seems to me that Reid Nicholls is waiting to long to make moves that could help Huntsville both in pitching and hitting.

    Concern about stats, first how many errors are made where a throw in the dirt should or could have been picked on the other end? Speaking about all positions not just 3b. Second, how many plus plays were made where a hit was taken away, those should and I'm sure are reported within the organization. Don't get caught up in numbers, they can be deceiving. I will say one thing about the games I have seen, it depends on the scorekeeper, they vary quite a bit from team to team.
