"Severino allowed five of the first six Twins to reach, gave up two homers and found himself trailing 3-0 an eye blink into the win-or-go-home game. Severino did not elicit a swinging strike on any of his 29 pitches" Yeah because that kind of thing can't happen to a starter. Him giving up a 2 run HR had 0 to do with bullpenning. Total knee-jerk reaction on my part, but it's my fear. Anybody can give up runs, but I just think mentally, there is probably some different emotions to deal with for Hendriks that are unfamiliar that could lead to runs that wouldn't otherwise.
