With Maldonado playing as well as he has been (defensively at least) does this make it a little bit easier to shop Kottaras around to see if there is any interest out there? Although knowing Melvin and RRR, I fully expect Maldonado to be sent back to AAA once Lucroy is back. -
It really shows how banged up this team is when Randy Wolf is your pinch runner in the 9th. Oh well. Bring on the Cubs.

I realize Kottaras still isnt 100% but why not play him at first and put him in the 4 hole. He's at least got a better shot of getting some wood on the ball than Green does. This would be my lineup LF Aoki CF Morgan RF Hart 1B Kottaras 2B Weeks SS Ransom 3B Green C Maldonado P Fiers

What about shortening spring training? Alot of players seem to state that ST is too long and they are just "going through the motions" after a few weeks of being there.

I know im probably in the minority here. but I wish RRR would sit Braun down, especially in a game like this. Im just envisioning a Braun DL stint eventually with the way this season has gone so far.
