Why did Adam Larouche decide to become good this week? Kinda reminds me of Marlon Byrd in that Rangers series.

Thats just baseball. The Mets are probably the best team in the NL and they were horrible the first 2/3rds of June. Won almost every game the last 1/3 of June and then lost 4 straight to start July. Teams go hot and cold, its part of the game.

 

Every fan seems to think only their team is streaky. It's hard to find a team that didn't have huge peaks and valleys over the course of 162 games.

longer the report comes in the more severe it is. Not good.

 

Not necessarily - sometimes a very quick report/observation is very bad too...like "Well, his leg fell off". Not trying to make light of the situation, but at least the replay didn't show an obviously devastating injury, like Theisman's leg, Viola's arm, etc.

 

It's very difficult to speculate what's wrong with Hall - with 25 people actually watching the game at the stadium, it's probably going to take a long time for word to get all the way up to Uecker's booth as well.

Yeah. Sheets is at 90 pitches thru 5. He threw around 125 on Saturday. Might be a tad fatigued. Just another reason why calling this game would have been a good idea. Hopefully, the Brewers can do some damage against their bullpen and Villy can lock it down.

well Sheets is coming down with that All star Disease that effected Cappy Last Year.

 

Maybe Yost should have Taken Sheets out early in his last start afterall.
