this team looks like they are tired and that might be so since they are young club..I have to think Lou will out manage Yost in enough games to overtake club streak.If the Brewers can"t be a 500 team on the road then they have no shot at staying in first place. I guess we all have to feel lucky we are still in First Olace at the break.

Could be worse. The Brewers could be losing 3 of 4 to Cincinnati. Now *that* would stink.

It's the Pirates. For whatever reason they have the Crew's number in Pittsburgh. What can you do?

 

I don't think it's the end of the world. From reading a couple of posts, seems that some people do.

 

There's still a lot of baseball to play and the Crew still has a better overall team than those guys to the south. Keep the faith people, our team will bounce back.

I am not ready to jump off the bridge yet. The Brewers swept the Cardinals in early 2002 or 2003.

 

I still think it is time to adjust some pitching roles. I would like to see Carlos in the rotation and Claudio in the bullpen.

The Brewers had a 1-3 series on the road against a team that's 9 games under. It's certainly disappointing but even a good team will lose series on the road against inferior talent.

 

A series win against the Nats would be a nice way to finish the first half!
