Wii Video/audio cable help

I am trying to set up a Wii for my daughter at her birthday at a cabin. -- the TV only has one video input, and 2 audio inputs (L/R)

 

The Wii cable has the three inputs for the video -- is there some sort of cable that combines the 3 into 1?

The original wii AV cable will only have a single video plug (and work with that setup). You must have upgraded to a component/HD AV cable.

Is the original cable something I can buy in the store?

Wal Mart.com has some listed, but I looked again and saw they aren't sold in stores. I'd call best buy and walmart and ask if they sell the standard replacement composite cables that will work on a non-HD television. I'd assume they would, as the s-video models will work on a standard TV.

Nintendo.com sells the composite (ie, one video, two audio) cables, but depending how long you are at the cabin, that may not be an option.
