Ugh...letting Griffey Jr. clear the bases isn't exactly what I had in mind when it came to limiting hte damage.

There goes the quality start.

The official one, yes. But if Dana goes 5 or 6 innings and only allows the 4 runs, then it's a great start in the eyes of the Brewers and of us fans.

Just one little bump in the road tonight, otherwise he's been great. It's a shame that bump cost him 3 runs.

I thought Eveland pitched pretty well tonight. He kept us in the game for the most part.

Let's hope Winklesas doesn't cough it up now.

I hate to put Winklesas into a situation where there are runners in base. I would rather have him start fresh. He is likely to have some nerves out there.

Hmm... looks like Joe has faced 6 ML hitters, and hasn't gotten one of them out. I think now would be a good time to start.

Thank god it's over.

I still think Winklesas was a poor choice considering the situation.

He pitched 1/3 of an inning in 1999, so he had to get someone out.

Winklesas just got a runner out without giving up a run. He came into the game of a Major League ERA of 180.00, I wonder what it just dropped to? Probably a record for drop in ERA don't you think?
-I used to have a neat-o signature, but it got erased.

Of course just when you think JDLR has turned the corner, he'll implode and give up 3 runs here. Cue the big inning for the Reds.

My question, is how can our potent lineup only have 3 runs against the Reds garbage staff???

Maybe they're not as "potent" as you thought????
