What kind of money do you guys think Brad Hawpe will get? His home/away splits were pretty consistent this year. His OBP was .380 also.

 

Do we offer him a 4 year deal? The guy can play right field with Hart moving to center.

 

I say sign him and throw Gamel in an offer to San Diego. The trade I had in mind had Headley and Peavy coming to the Brewers for Weeks, Parra, Gamel, and Salome.

Hawpe is not a free agent until after the 2010 season at the earliest, if cots is correct. He also has an option for 2011 according to cots.
