Asphalt/Concrete recommendations

My brother is getting set to pave his driveway at his new house in Washington Country near West Bend and doesn't really know anybody on that side of town that does this type of work. Anyone have any input? He most likely will be doing a concrete pad by his garage and and asphalt drive to the road, about another 40 feet.

My uncle does this kind of work. Is he looking for someone to do it or just looking for advice on how to do this?
