Here is the first sentence of the Wikipedia entry for Sun Life Stadium:

Sun Life Stadium (previously known as Joe Robbie Stadium, Pro

Player Park, Pro Player Stadium, Dolphins Stadium, Dolphin

Stadium, and, most recently, Land Shark Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, a suburb of Miami.

I would say Land Shark Stadium is the silliest of those names, but the sheer sequence is also silly.

Sun Life Financial is why. I'm sure people in that region are more familiar with the company. The Brewers play at Miller Park.

These white hats are so much better than the red ones they wore last year. Especially since we wore the red hats while we were playing the Cardinals.

Ohhh, the radio broadcast is playing a recorded Memorial Day message from Uecker. If that was done recently, he sounds a LOT better.

I enjoy the red hat and I told myself I'd never buy the white hat, but I bought one anyway. It's a nice cap, I wore it yesterday and it kept my head fairly cool in the sun ... or at least as cool as a fitted cap can keep you. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif

The Uecker Memorial Day message reading was pretty awesome. Davey just commented that Braun said again he isn't seeing the ball well at Miller Park during day games. Here we go again, lol.

I like Prince hitting in front of Braun if only because Fielder is taking a ton of walks and Braun and McGehee are hitting well.

EDIT: Those white hats look really good with the navy blue jerseys.

Casey and Corey leading the team in HRs. Sure didn't see that coming. And go George!

Looks like we get good Narvy today.

Personally, I think caps with contrasting brims look much better. i'll pass on this one though.

Narv Dog's first trip through the lineup was pretty smooth...hopefully the 2nd and 3rd trips don't get rocky. Pitch count was around 50 to start the 4th inning.

Yeah, they never seem to give the error to the 1st baseman on those bounced throws, but you've got a point.

Good to see another pitcher on track.

Look at those stands, that is worse than County Stadium in a 100 loss season and 40 degree weather. Can't believe this franchise has 2 WS wins...what a waste. They should have contracted this team, this city doesn't deserve them.

So how well does Kottaras have to hit to be permanently moved from #8?

I also hate catchers hitting 8th because I don't want the pitcher bunting over a slow runner.

Sorry, I meant that it was Prince's fault, not that he would have been given the error.

And they're getting a new stadium. We'll see if a retractable roof and air conditioning (and a downtown location) will do anything to help the attendance, but at least their TV ratings are good.
